They keep our money 5,000 from Insurance and difficult to contact them

They close the case even if they didn't settle the business they are not giving the remaining 5,000 from the insurance company. This case still going from Nov 2023 until now April 2024 . Very Bad customer service the lady that we were contacting here was 2weeks ago said no longer working with them she gave a number tried to call them it went disconnected. They didn't say what papers they need so we can get the 5,000 remaining balance from our sales that they keep. Like why you keeping our money very hard to connect with them.
