Bought a roof box and one key system. Great price and received without issue but realised I should have ordered a one key system with more barrels. Laura was helpful and sent out the extra barrels I wanted, however I made a mistake and gave the wrong key code. Laura arranged for the correct locks I needed to immediately be sent out. Even though it was my mistake, she patiently assisted and sorted things out. Superb customer service and can 100% recommend.

Bought a package of Thule roof rails and bike racks. Ordering was easy and delivery was speedy. Only one problem, the order was short of one bike rack. I contacted the company and they co firmed the error and got another bike rack sent out immediately!!! Received it the very next day. Everyone was exceptionally polite and helpful and I just wanted to say a big thank you for such excellent service. Anyone can make a mistake but it’s how you deal with it that makes the real difference. Thanks to all the staff involved 👍👍

After some challenges with a refund and lack of communication which got lost during a change of ownership I have now been refunded and have received a very reasonable apology. Good initial service. Major hiccup but resovled quickly.

I purchased a roof rack from another company, contacted roofracks.co.uk in error but honestly James was so helpful, nothing was to much for James including my silly questions.
I purchased the part I needed from roofracks.co.uk which was delivered the next day.

I was told by many companies, including Ford and Thule that I would not be able to fit bars to my Ranger Mk 8 flat bed side rails. It has taken me over 9 months to find a firm that could help, and they not only fitted perfectly, they are Thule and match the roof bars... AND they got me the same key barrels as the roof bars! Great firm and highly delighted, not only with their advice but service delivery 👍🏻

I wrote to Roofracks as I needed a rare rack for an '09 i10. They responded within 2 hours with all the details I needed, even though they didn't have them. They gave me detailed advice as to what to look for and where to look for it. I got online and found probably the last early i10 kit, and the other bits I needed. When I wrote back to these awesome people, they then sent me a guide on how to install my rare i10 kit. I didn't even buy anything from them! These people are amazing and I will go to them every time now. Most highly recommended!!!

One of the roof lifter struts broke in my Thule-made Halfords roof box. Went back into Halfords, they said contact Thule as we don't hold spare parts. Contacted the official Thule parts and asked for a replacement lifter (that I would pay for, not looking for freebies). The woman said we make the box but it is hands off for parts. Don't contact us for parts, we only make the box!!! I quote "I am sorry that you were not satisfied with my answer, but this is not a roof box that is serviced by us. This is a roof box that Thule manufactures exclusively for Halfords and is also serviced by Halfords. We also have no information or spare parts lists about it. Therefore, please contact Halfords again". Contacted Halfords same again contact Thule. I then contacted a Thule dealership from the web “roofracks.co.uk” who sorted me with a replacement part in about 45 seconds- they were amazing!!! Truly unhelpful Thule official "help" department. You really should be ashamed of yourselves. I emailed them back advising them of the part required for all Halfords roof boxes "a 14936 Lid lifter ML 100 Strong”. Strangely enough they didn't reply to say thank you.

I contacted James before ordering a Thule roof box and he was able to answer all my questions regarding fitting the Ocean 200. He certainly understood the product and provided me with the reassurance to purchase. I ordered before 2 pm and the Thule roof box arrived next day. Wonderful service and I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others. Peter

Nothing but praise for this company. Struggled with Halfords being unable to identify the correct fitting kit and telling me to visit Thule website! If it’s not in the parts catalogue they just don’t know! Spoke to these on the 7th June and delivered to my door by 10am on the next day!! Well packaged and decent instructions supplied and on the web. Highly recommended

Fantastic service. I found the roof rack I ordered elsewhere was wrong and in need of a replacement the same day. A call to these guys and they said I could collect a set straight away.

Within 30 mins I had them and with no choice but to fit them in the car park, the staff came to check I was getting on ok and to offer advice.

Truly dug me out of a hole, I’ll definitely use them first next time I need roof bars/box/bike racks.

I wanted a top quality set of roof bars for my Honda but wasn't willing to pay the £344 that Honda want.
I was also a little confused as to the various feet that attach to the bars and the associated fitting kits.
After several hours searching eBay and a wasted journey to view a set of Thule bars without keys, I came across Roofracks.co.uk
Their website has diagrams for the various rails that cars come with and then they sell a whole package (bars, feet and fitting kit) at a very competitive price,
which was just over £200 in my case.

In a panic as travelling abroad and needed roof rack and box, couldn’t for the life of me work out which one I needed as high street shops didn’t know. Took the plunge and drove from Horsham for nearly 2hrs. Boy was it worth it, they knew their stuff. Fitted it (after rethreading the rusty weathered screwed holes on my roof). Drove away with bars, and box. What service, thank you so much
