Just to be clear - So far we have not met you nor carried out any works for you.
On our part, this review only shows parts of our interactions with you and not all.
I have replied to your emails and Louise has followed up on your messages with no reply to her last message, last weekend. I have also tried to call you myself. I must admit this review did come as a surprise as our intentions have been clear in trying to help you.
Initially you made an appointment through our website. This appointment was incorrectly confirmed by Louise. The date in question was during a period when I was away on a family holiday meaning I could not attend on that particular date. I explained this was an error and openly made you aware of this, with no excuses or false information.
I have been very much accepting and apologetic to your experience. I also understand how this scenario could have a knock on effect with your planning.
As a token of apology I offered to repair your gutters for free. There was no obligation on my part to do so, however it felt very appropriate for me to offer you this. I am customer service driven, and want all of my customers to have the best experience with us. When things are perhaps not so right, I need to actively help get things resolved in the best way possible, this being a good example of that. This offer still stands for the free gutter repair and we would be more than happy to help you.
Whilst it’s rare we receive negative feedback - we understand things don’t always go to plan. We will continue to use all experiences as learning curves, ensuring the same issue doesn’t happen again.
I have run my company for many years and will always ensure I do the right thing for my customers. For me, it’s not solely about financial gain, it’s about doing the right thing and treating people respectfully.
