The robe arrived beautifully packaged in tissue paper, with a lovely card attached. I did have to open it and repack it, as I was sending it to my great niece. The cotton looked good quality and the colours were true, like those shown on the website. I would order from this company again.

Great personal service

Lovely washbag made of hand printed Indian cotton, in a pink and white colourway. It's so pretty, I love it, and I like knowing that I'm helping the communities in India who made it. Rooh is a small business run by Smriti, and it really has that personal feel - would wholeheartedly recommend.

I absolutely love my robe from Rooh. The fabric feels soft and luxurious – and the florals and colours are bright and joyful. What I love most is that it feels both nostalgic and fresh at the same time. It reminds me of the gowns my aunties used to wear, full of colour and character, but elevated for the world of today.

I also loved the stunning packaging and personalised message too and the inspiring story behind the brand - it all makes a massive difference!

Initially I had some delays through no fault of Rooh but it was held up at customs in Ireland. Smriti was so kind and responsive throughout the whole process going above and beyond sending me another item whilst I waited. My bag arrived and it is just gorgeous. The quality is fab but I’m most impressed with the customer service. Will be ordering from here again

I received my beautiful quilted gown packaged so thoughtfully! Well made and incredibly warm…love it! And the personal handwritten note was a nice touch.

My first order. The pyjamas (LAVENDER VINE LONG PJ SET) are beautiful - very subtle colours and seem really well made. The items were also beautifully wrapped -using sustainable materials and included a little card. The whole process was amazingly quick with good communication throughout. I also want to commend the way in which my earlier enquiry (before Christmas). about sizing etc and the possibility of stocking larger sizes was dealt with so kindly, thoroughly and promptly. Still got my fingers crossed for some future larger sizes for gifts for friends/family but I will be back in any case for me!! Thank you! You are a true credit to the value of small, ethical businesses.

I bought this beautiful dressing gown to match the nightie I'd bought last year. I love both of them. The dressing gown came beautifully packaged (no plastic, paper wrapping and packaging with a lovely fabric ribbon tie), it was so nice to unwrap! The gown is really well made, generously sized for comfortable lounging, with pockets and the long length means it provides a bit more cover whether wearing as a sun cover (I will be taking this on holiday) and at home in cooler weather. Love the print too. Highly recommend buying a matching nightie and gown!
