Very poor service.
Tried to rip me off with a very high cleaning fee for a perfectly clean place, then when I replied to argue against this, they hiked up some spurious charges.
Luckily the adjudicator of my deposits was not fooled.

They very rarely came to fix anything that was not an emergency and take at least a week to reply to any kind of message.

They work closely with their property management company, so the fact that these are technically different entities is no excuse.

Terrible experience from start to finish. So much stress. They took over a month just to process my room rental. They barely reply—only after several days, if at all. Now they’re trying to keep my deposit, claiming the place wasn’t professionally cleaned, even though I never received a professional cleaning service. When I asked for the cleaning invoice, they refused to provide it. Don’t believe me? Try calling the number on their website and see if anyone actually answers

It's incredible how room club could have reached 5 stars maybe they gave good apartments to foreigners instead of Italians who they treat badly. 23 Arthur court terrible accommodation where some have left out of desperation and now after the 78th visit they have managed to assign the apartment to some desperate couple or single. Even though it is not worth the deposit or even the rent, on top of that they put unstable and violent people and on top of that the structure has no privacy. The elevators are pitiful, the toilet always gets stuck and you have to pay to free it, an apartment that is falling apart, probably someone desperate who couldn't do without it and was desperately looking for the room poor person or couple, many people have complained about that apartment very difficult to assign. Room club one star I don't believe they have 5 stars there are many problems there. No deposit back they steel and keep your money

No good at all pay attention at room club and Arthur Court no deposit back no good value and no good deposit, noo good anything.

I actually thought I would find professionalism but I am very disappointed by how I was treated, when you need me they are not there, I noticed a lot of partiality and the lack of the right attitude in listening to the tenants but only a part of the tenants. The manager never listened to me but only another person who created problems, very rational and partial even though I have evidence, the cancelled contract and the lack of return of the deposit, crazy, never had problems with other agencies but this is the worst I have ever seen. I thought it was a five star but I have to change my mind with other tenants I have met. I am really sorry about that is the true. Stay long from them especially from 23 Arthur court, that's isn't a good building and and apartments too especially flat 23 stay long for yours safety no good then no good deposit. They promise you but never see their promise. They look for any excuse to stay with your deposit and accuse you of anything to get money from you and pay attention to the property manager never meet him.

Bad experience.
They took the money, no confirmation was sent to me regarding the booking being done. After me chasing several times by email and phone I had to go in person to their office.
Then I was told that the room I paid for was not available anymore, despite the payment being done to reserve it so no one else could take it. I got offered an unsuitable alternative. When then I asked about other alternatives in their website, I was told that just because they're marked as "Available", doesn't mean they're available.
At the end I ended up asking for a refund. Currently waiting for Paypal to get it from them since, once again, they simply stop answering and delay it as much as possible.
Wouldn't recommend.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

A 0 point, big crooks, I don't advise at all but then really not !!!
I lived in London from January to April 2020, so I went through this agency to find accommodation.
I left my accommodation because of the health crisis in order to go back to France, it's now August, 5 months later, room club and the owner of the accommodation "ltd lambardi" at elephant and castle owe me money, including two weeks of overpaid rent and my deposit (which is half of a monthly rent).
I have always paid my rent on time. They have no problem asking you for money, they know how to reach you, but when it comes to giving you your money back there is no one left.
For months I have been fighting and sending emails, it is impossible to reach the landlord by phone and always the same answer:

"We are doing our absolute best to give you a concrete and definite date as per your request -
And as soon as we have a solid date, we will be updating you." ltd lambardi.

By the way, I pass you the details concerning the accommodation in very bad condition, I was obviously not aware of it before I moved in.

Do not go through this agency! It is better for you.

I tried both the advertising platform for one room (I received 2/3 enquiries per day which I think it's ok) and then the service where they find you a tenant "in person", I don't know how else to call it. Very satisfied, the office was a bit crowded with people which I assume were enquiring for rooms but there is a seperete room more quiet where I was able to talk to an agent. Now the other room is rented too, so I can't complain really, they do what they say they do!

I chose their service of tenant finder which they provide in London, I had a couple of viewings and they found me a tenant in a few days. Communication was clear and the agents I met were very professional both in person and over the phone.

A bit slow at first but after a week or so I saw many enquiries coming and I rented my rooms quite quickly. Maybe it's a new site and they are building a customer base? It worked for me so I am happy to recommend.

I used Room Club to rent some of my rooms, the response was good - quite a few enquiries, good communication,the website is easy to use so I am satisfied.

Thanks to Room Club I found a room in few days in central London.
What I love about the service is the fact that they are happy to listen to your request and make sure to find few solutions for you.

Satisfied. My search was quick and there are many options , I bumped into the instant booking feat quite by chance (guys, maybe put it more prominently?) and I reserved. All smooth and good room, only stayed a few weeks but had no issues - overall great and quick with safe payment system (PayPal) and instant confirmation.
