Tbh 2 stars almost feels a bit generous. You have to pay to become premium member in order to contact prospective flatmates, which wouldn’t be too bad but the price of such premium membership is way too high for the service you get (which seems to be nothing… you have to do all the work). Ended up with no result (despite having a decent priced room in a desirable area)
Sadly would not recommend (there’s other sites out there that do better for free!)

I have used this site for many years looking for potential tenants. It is very good to read potential profiles of people looking for accommodation. Equally to know a safe and verified way of contacting the write people to fit in with my and their preference
Roomgo does have daily new people listing what they are looking for , which is very good

Premium member - Account Suspended, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I placed 3 ads to rent as a agency. APPARTAGER.lu and when I created account I paid 100 euro premium member to reach potential tenants and to reach more people, After 9 days later my account was suspended all of a sudden, then I wrote to contact us email id on daily basis I was required to provide proof of premium account and address. I submitted the required document within 5 min after they send same template email id team@roomgo. It’s been almost 3 weeks now and my account was still being locked. I wrote to all their email ids .be .lu .fr etc around 15 emails in cc, but no one responded till now. It was a very disappointing experience and I regret paying the upgrade fee!!!!!!!!!!! And **** VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE*****
