I requested a quote online and received a callback same day.
The person I spoke to was Bree from Oran Park. Super helpful, kind and I didn't feel rushed to provide information or make a decision.
My move in confirmation email was provided outling policies and what I had signed up for.
The following day I received access to the smart locking security.

2 days after all this, I popped into the office to show my ID and let Bree know I was moving in. She was so lovely. Provided a mini tour and showed me where my storage unit was.

Awesome facility. Trolleys provided. Van on site to book and use if its available and if you need it. Lots of room to move around with the trolley, clean and safe.

I also dropped things off to my unit at night and felt safe.

From my initial enquiry during the week through to moving in on Saturday, everything was incredibly easy and stress-free.

The customer service was fantastic. Izzy went above and beyond to help us find the right storage unit. After we initially booked a unit and realised it was larger than we needed, she made a quick phone call and had everything sorted for us straight away.

The facility is clean, secure and very easy to access. The entry and exit process is simple, and I feel confident knowing my belongings are safe.

Moving house is stressful enough, but Roomia made the storage side of things effortless. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a secure, well-managed storage solution with excellent customer service from Izzy.
