Roomia Self Storage - Seaford Reviews 

No problems, great storage facility, staff were always friendly and helpful. I previously stored things there when it was Storage King and now Roomia. Just a good facility in a convenient location. Exit gate is very slow to open though and needs fixing. Overall yes I recommend this storage location and company.

Sue at your Seaford store was so friendly and welcoming. She remembered me just from my inquiries and definitely helped me out when my circumstances changed suddenly. My only upset was, with your constant advertising about being open 24/7 I didn’t realise that didn’t mean your office. I arranged for movers on a Sunday and hadn’t yet gotten the code for the gate. I’m well aware this was my mistake in not reading the fine print but honestly just someone to contact when I’d signed and paid that could give me the code so I didn’t have to reschedule and lose a bunch of money would have been great 😂 other than that, very happy!

So easy, so friendly and so well-priced.
Great explanation of how to get in/out, use of lift etc.

Have had a storage at Roomia in Seaford SA since 2022.
Excellent customer service, place is secure and clean, can make my payment online, which is a great thing as I work interstate most of the time and travel international often.
Very happy with them, definitely a very good place if looking for storage facilities.

Su, you are absolutely brilliant. I just got out of hospital and had to move, I had no where to go or to store my things. I made a booking online and then Su rang to confirm my booking for a storage unit, I had no idea what I was looking at storage wise so I popped down and had a chat with Su. Not only was she so kind to me, she explained everything to me and we got it sorted there and then.
Su, you really comforted me in a desperate time of need and for that I can not thank you enough. You were the best person I could have seen that day.

friendly gave a tour and showed us our shed, explained how everything worked (keypads, alarms, lifts, and exiting) and made sure we understood it so no false alarms.

I was very pleased with the service and advise given by Bec. She was knowledgeable friendly and approachable, as she explained the paperwork and answered questions. She showed me around the storage area, explaining everything I needed to know, including correct procedure for entry and exit of the premises. I have no hesitation in recommending Roomia.

From the very first phone conversation that I had with Su, I could tell she was interested in my needs concerning a storage unit. I had experienced an online storage company that did nothing but make false statements about their operations, caring little for personal service & customer needs.
It was refreshing and so helpful to receive straight answers, honesty from a concerned individual that cared about my requirements. Su has an excellent attitude, very friendly and efficient shown by her quick responses and follow-up to my queries. Plus on moving day with removalists loading my belongings into the unit, I found Bec to also be very helpful and accommodating.
