Super fast delivery and a really gorgeous dress in fabric you would expect to pay twice the price for. Well made and for the price more than justified £25. Lovely Keely dress. I’m short so just the right length too. Forget tat from SHEIN and Temu roomlytham is my go to shop!

Absolutely my favourite shop. Having spent most of my adult life hating clothes shopping as I can never find anything I like or I find something and it's in the wrong size, I found Room Lytham and love watching the "lives" on FB and love the fact that the majority of the clothes are not "sized" so will fit almost any shape or size. I've been buying from Room for over 2 years now and my wardrobe has never been so full

I ordered a few trousers to try from them, 2 were lovely but sadly one didn't fit so we're returned via royal mail on 8th April 2025. After about 3 weeks I hadn't received a refund so contacted them where they claimed this was never received. I placed a lost parcel request with royal mail who declined this stating the parcel has been delivered (to the correct returns address). I have since chased this company numerous times to ask them to refund, even sent them proof of postage and royal mails response but all I get back every time is "we've just had some returns arrive in the warehouse, if it's there we'll process a refund", or blaming the bank holidays for the delay. It's now been 8 weeks and still no refund, they have clearly lost my parcel and refuse to accept responsibility. I'm afraid I won't be shopping with them again.

I really do want to like this company, I love their customer engagement and they are very personable in their chats and videos and have great offers and ranges. However I have had several orders and within a few weeks I have had a problem with several items ripping at the seams, with the first jumper it was a shoulder seam and I thought I was unlucky but it has since happened with trousers and now a dress 😞
I won’t be ordering anymore but if they improved the quality I’d be back!

Thought I'd wait until my 2nd order was delivered before I did a review. Room Lytham seems to be a "Marmite" company judging by the reviews. You either love them or hate them 🤔. So I've had my 2nd delivery and am awaiting a third. I've been pleased with what I received but I've deducted one star for a couple of reasons. Firstly, they are slightly slower postage wise than other online fashion companies I deal with, who post the next day. Secondly, I agree the quality is not premium but neither are the prices. I bought 3 of the Millie tee shirts which were £15 each but got £10 off for buying 3. I previously bought the navy polka dot wide leg trousers. They are fab. Will I buy from Room Lytham again, yes I will but probably not quite as often as my other shops.

I bought the harem trousers and a tip based on an Instagram ad I saw. Received today and deeply disappointed by the quality of the product based on the price. The trousers should be more around the £5 mark than £15, and the top once £35 (on sale at £10) is shocking! Returning my order and will not be purchasing from them again. May as well go to Prima*k!!

Great prices. Quick delivery. Girls are very good at showing off all and new stock that they have.

Have ordered several times from Room. Good quality clothes at fantastic prices in a range of styles from lounge wear to office to night out. Customer Service is the best - ordered an item of clothing but hadn’t arrived after a week. Contacted Room and they sent a replacement immediately.

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Posted my order with only a flat number and postcode therfore incomplete address (despite having an account and my full address already being there as i was a previous customer) which I obviously haven't received. Blamed me for adress being incomplete even though it did not prompt for an adress at checkout (due to being account holder)
Despite numerous contact 1 month later they are still saying they have not received the parcel back from Royal Mail so have not sent a replacement. Utterly shocking service for a £20 order of two pair of leggings. Trading standards will be contacted, not how you run a business. Wish I'd read all these other poor reviews before purchasing from them. Would strongly advise stating well clear of this company.

Amazing clothes and company. I ordered Thursday, arrived Saturday, wrapped in tissue paper NOT plastic. I made a large order and only sent back a couple of items, I was refunded straight away.
Love my new wardrobe and don’t see any reason why I’ll buy from anywhere else ever again! Best choice of styles for all sizes I’ve seen in the UK. ❣️

super fast delivery, being a plus side I doubted the trousers would fit when they arrived, but they did comfortable and great

A friend recommended me to Room as I was struggling to find comfortable plus size clothes. I am very body conscious but still ,at 54, want to look a bit trendy.
I now have my happy shopping place where I can shop on line or in store, i did have an unfortunate situation where something was faulty but this was just no problem for Room, they sorted it very efficiently .I'm hooked. Thankyou Room for bringing comfortable fashion back into my life
