Started out as a bad experience because the device was not misting 60% of the time. However, Lexi from Rootique was very helpful and helped me troubleshoot the device so now it works 90% of the time even when not it's probably just too little liquid in the tank or in general it is just the limitation of such innovative design. I highly recommend this device if you are a daily minoxidil or other hair serum user. The only nitpick is I hope they have an easily swappable tank that can hold a few different tonics/serums without having to clean the previous liquid when switching to a second one. (Again could be design limitation) if you're using this primarily with one tonic, this is a game changer. I'm keeping this for minoxidil only going forward and perhaps can get a 2nd one for my other tonic (now using cheap temu applicators) cause it can get expensive. Overall, I'm sure as the design matures, this will single handle be the most convenient device for serum application, making twice a day minoxidil application a breeze.

Great product! Had issues with a manufacturing defect a few months after purchase, however, after reach out—I had the pleasure of being helped by the Rootique Customer Support team and everything got sorted quickly. I received a new unit, at no additional cost and it works great!
