I'm a customer since almost 1 year and I never had problems with them, their services are very stable and the prices are fair. When I couldn't access my VPS because I messed up some settings on Windows I received support immediately and after around 1 hour everything was working again. Thank you.

Your payment attempt was lame. Like you had no residential IP to make the payment so you have used a Server IP.
Your payment source was an unverified source marked by Paypal which was also a Negative point.
Your Billing area name and Paypal name / Info did not match either. You did claim it was your friend who made the payment. We can understand but, using a Server IP + Unverified source does not make sense.
Everything was wrong and we had more than 2 reasons to avoid such transactions.
When you can't respect a company's terms, you should not sign up in the first place.
We can still understand and offered a full refund within a few minutes. So you should move on instead of playing with any company's reputation by posting negative feedback.

I'll be completely honest
I'll be completely honest, at the beginning there were times that the server disconnected from the internet which was problematic for me, because i was streaming to youtube with the server.
BUT
That was about 5 months ago and it hasn't happened since, also there is always amazingly fast support. I'm giving this service 5 stars, because the rented servers run without problems and because there hasn't been a time that i could not be helped by the support team.
Great service at a relatively low price.
