Authentic and delicious cuisine, intact one of the best Indian restaurants we have found in London. Great staff very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable of their menu as they tell you a story about every dish that has been served. Thanks Aman and Steve, your service standards are top class and we will always remember how well you treated us and our 5 visiting guest. Great menu with a good choice of meats, fish and veg. the lamb Kolhapuri and Chicken Nilgiri being our favourite, accompanied by mango colada that taste heavenly. We can’t wait to try every dish of this amazing restaurant. Roots is such a breath of fresh air warms the heart just being in there.

I had a wonderful meal at Roots in Teddington. The smoked chicken tikka was really nice because it was real smoke, not artificial flavouring. The naan bread was fresh and soft, and the korma and butter chicken were flavourful and creamy. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. Even the chairs were very comfy and the décor was really nice, with warm colours and Indian art. The service was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Indian food.
