The hands-on support during setup was excellent. I highly recommend Filevine and rops.io for anyone's document management requirements.

If I could give this company ZERO STARS I would. They were the worst data migration company we have worked with. They had such a high turnover leaving all the work on my team. If it weren’t for us being so organized and diligent, we would have been in a serious situation. Steele is the worst representative and will do nothing to help after you’ve paid. But at the initial sales call they promise white glove customer service. A JOKE!

Working with Corey has been a great experience! He has made the DocGen buildout process much smoother than anticipated. He takes the time to truly understand our firm's needs and he has consistently offered helpful suggestions throughout the process.

One on one support and training. Super knowledgeable as well as friendly and easy to work with. Steele and Jyme really made the configuration of our Filevine instance much easier to navigate. They also helped us train staff and getting into the system much efficient then if we tried to do it ourselves. They have a deep breadth of knowledge and experience within the system, and helped us navigate roadblocks as they came up as well. Would absolutely recommend them!

Rops.io has been great to work with. We came to them after someone dropped the ball. Once we found them, things changed dramatically for our firm. Corey knows exactly what he's doing and he is very helpful to each person in our firm who reaches out to him. He has been more than amazing to us.

Our contact, Jyme Thomas, was extremely helpful with navigating us through our FileVine experience. With her attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to make everything work on her end, helped our practice achieve what we needed. Jyme treated us as if we were her only client while working on our project, even though she had other clients to tend to. At times, our project was difficult on our end, but Jyme gave us phenomenal support to get to the end result.
