Poor quality; returns at buyers cost to be sent to China. Beware.
Ordered some trainers about 6 months ago. Still haven’t received them. No response to emails. Avoid this company.
Ordered my cardigan in December for Christmas….theyve had my money but still not received . My last email from them 13th March…..it’s on its way and worth the wait ? Really still not received…very disappointed
I have edited my review as there were some issues.
After a very long wait I cancelled my order and was promptly refunded. Not only that customer service sent me the jacket I had cancelled at no cost! I am very impressed with the professionalism of this company. I originally thought I had been scammed. Turns out that was incorrect and they more than resolved the issue.
I recently purchased a gorgeous looking pair of earrings via a sponsored ad on Instagram. The earrings weren’t delivered for weeks - well past the date due.
When you email this apparently German based company, you actually get a badly worded email from their wholesaler in China.
When the earrings finally arrived they looked that something you’d get out of Christmas cracker or a drug store. No branded packaging etc - just a pair of cheap earrings sent from a factory in China. I
wouldn’t have paid more than £5 for them had I seen them in a shop. But I was stung for £23! They took great photos of the product, the branding is good etc but the product is not. They’re just drop shopping poor quality, over priced goods from a Chinese manufacturer and blaming Covid for it taking weeks to reach you.
One of the earrings ‘rattles’ when I wear it.
If you message them, you get back scripted, smug responses (from whomever is running the Instagram account) that aren’t in any way helpful.
Please avoid.
Super quality. Bought it at the end of last year. The fit is great and the coat is warm. Unfortunately the coat sheds a little but I guess you cannot avoid that from happening with natural fabrics.
I placed my order 17th December 2021 - had a long delivery time which was fine but said it would be here by the 17th January at the latest. I had no contact from my order date till January. I still have not received my order, when I try to track it, it just says order confirmed, not even out for delivery.
Edit - been asked to edit as inaccurate but it isn’t, I have the emails to prove. The package arrived in February, very poor quality and no nice packaging etc.
Perfect for Christmas party and amazing to wear. Such an excellent price too.
I have received my complete order yesterday. Love all pieces. Best regards KG
I ordered from this site pearl ring and bracelet and paid 79 Euro. I received very cheap bad quality ring from China that treads are visible and its clearly going to break very soon. Do not trust this website. They say they work with East Asia and Portugal. It does look like they order cheap products there and sell them overpriced!!
