I visited the kirkstall hill centre today and had a phenomenal massage. It's
a fabulous space- really clean, beautifully decorated, relaxing & all staff are following very safe practices in relation to covid. Highly recommended & can't wait to go back

I had a 90 minute massage at Rosa's with Rosa herself. I went in with a lot of pain and tension but Rosa really worked on all my knots and areas where I was carrying a lot of tension I bounced out of there feeling great. Rosa's was recommended to me seperatley by different people at work and didn't dissapoint at all! Best massage I've had.

They did my back in and I refused to eat their Nula baguette due to lack of mayo'

Booked a deep tissue massage at Eden drive branch and was expecting to get what I paid for. There came a very old lady who told me having 2 years experience and was going to try to do deep tissue massage. During 2 hrs massage my feet, ankles and palms weren't even touched. Problematic areas were avoided even I told her those needs attention and more work. Tried a lot different massages at a different places and I know how good massage feels. If I am booking plumber to come I don't expect an electrician to come instead!
Also, I used to pay by card there, but the lady explained it's cash only... Disappointed to the maximum!

I started seeing Rosa maybe 6/7 years ago and her treatment has never once changed. Her staff are all very polite and helpful. Which ever treatment you ask for, rest assured that all your knots, niggles and pain will disappear in time. The room is impeccably clean and just enough heating to keep you warm throughout your massage. I have tried many massages ranging from sports therapy to hot stone, but nothing leaves me satisfied like ‘Rosa Tai’.
Honestly, if you have never tried Rosa Tai, you are missing out on life. Trust me, you are in good hands, just close your eyes and even go to sleep like I do sometimes and let the professionals work their magic! Best place in the world!!!!!

Very bad costumer service!! Massage used to be good when it opened, now they are poor quality.

I was recommended this place and honestly I cannot fault them. I travelled from Manchester to go down and I ended up with a lady called Rosa she treated me with so much respect and really helped me with my injury which I have in my shoulders. She took her time and really tried her best to open all the knots and make sure I’m okay. I loved her and will never go anywhere else x

Best Thai Massage Service in Leeds…… Excellent experience with Rosa Thai Massage.

I attended the Kirkstall Hill Leeds Spa today ( Thursday 3rd of May 2018) . It was an absolutely amazing experience and truly was an authentic traditional Thai deep tissue massage which was rejuvenating .
From the offset of walking into the spa it felt out of this world. I was greeted in the humble traditional Thai manner of bowing down in front with both hands together. I was asked if I preferred to visit the wash room before the therapy which I thought was very hospitable.

My therapist was Rosa. I found her to be really professional, technically skilled and well experienced. She was spectacular. She worked through all the knots on my back and shoulders and really gripped and released all the tension in those areas, she was deffinately pressing the right cords and knew exactly what was required. During the therapy session she kept consulting me if the pressure was correct and appropriate and checking if I was doing OK. She also applied further pressure as per my request and was more than happy to accommodate.

After the massage therapy session I was also offered something to drink which again I thought was very thoughtful and hospitable.

I was also enquiring about the unique tiger balm applied during the massage and Rosa was really kind enough to offer me a sample jar to take away and trial. Thanks alot for that.

I was greated goodbye from the door and again while doing so it was in the traditional humble Thai manner of bowing in front with both hands together. I genuinely felt really humbled after that.
All in all it was truly an exceptional experience, while being great value for money. I recommended to all my colleagues at work, my friends and family whom had booked in sessions this week. I will be looking to book my 2nd session next week.

Went to Bradford branch today. Nearly couldn't find it. Had a two hour deep tissue massage. This was a first trip to a rosa thai. Exceeded beyond my expectation. Stretches were done during the treatment which was great and first time I ever done one with a therapist. The therapist listened to my aches and focused on these. And it was nice to see that it was definitely a two hour treatment as some therapist charge an hour treatment but only do 35 mins treatment. The room looks really nice too. Would recommend for anyone needing to sort out the aches.

I have had at least 3 massages and each of them have exceeding my expectations. Staff are professional at all times. I can't wait to rebook.
