I rarely by diamond jewelry so I was very skeptical about purchsing. When received the Harriet Set with the matching bracelet, I was blown away by its splendor. I simply adore this set. Its so elegant! Also, the customer service is top tier!

The support team was quick and even sent a video of how to fix clasp.

I ordered back in December 2022 a tennis bracelet and was very excited about it.
I was following its progress but when it was not delivered after some time I contacted Rosce jeweller and they promptly took action. Since my original order didn’t show up, they sent me a new one which was quickly delivered.

Love this company. I purchased a bracelet and unfortunately one of the stones fell out a few months later. I contacted customer service and they made the replacement process so quick and easy. It was handled in a very professional way and shows they stand behind their products! Plus the bracelet is absolutely stunning!

I've bought 3 bracelets from you, all are gorgeous, gave 2 of them to my daughters and we all love them. Your staff has been so helpful throughout the process.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. The products are low quality and not as advertised. The website promises "no hassle returns" but that is not what happens. I ordered based on the promise of "no hassle" returns. I requested a refund when the product was not as promised nor advertised. I had to first email photos of the items I wished to return. I was then told because my items were on sale, I was not eligible for a refund. When I insisted, I was told the "US Warehouse" was not accepting returns so I had to return to CHINA at my own expense. I had to send by a trackable method to Shenzhen, Guangdong and under declare the value of the contents as less than $10 for tax reasons related to customs. I was instructed to photo the parcel and the mailing label and send by email. UPS was over $130 and USPS was over $35 for a delivery time frame of 2-3 weeks. I was told I would not receive a refund until the package was received and "inspected."

The advertising does not do justice to the quality & brilliance of this jewelry. My bracelet rivals the most expensive gold & diamonds on the market. The sparkle is fabulous! So pleased, I have already ordered another piece. Thank you, Rosce!

Beautifully crafted. Love my tennis bracelet and necklace; eye stoppers. I wear them everywhere and all the time. Gold tone is just perfect.

This bracelet is GORGEOUS...No one would think that these are not DIAMONDS.This company ships quickly and responds to emails.Pretty rare and SOO HAPPY with them.The prices are perfect.!

1. The stones are glass. You can VERY easily scratch them. Most had chips on the edges/corners from setting. This won't happen to natural or synthetic diamonds. Several stones had large scratches on arrival.
2. The setting work is shoddy, lots of bent prongs, crooked stones.
3. Looks cheap... is...very overpriced for what it is.
4. Update! I finally got a refund, it took 7 months, and many emails back-and-forth, where they asked me to remove my review in exchange for the refund (um, no). Anyway, they say they have updated their return policies to make everything easier, and I hope that's true.
5. UPDATE 2! Within an hour of providing a refund, they opened a PayPal case against me to try to get the refund back... by lying and saying I had agreed to take this review down. The best part? Their "proof" pictures of the email stream make literally no reference to reviews at all. But that's okay, I provided PayPal with the whole email stream, because I have nothing to hide.

Ordered Vivere Necklace and bracelet. WOW!!! The quality and beauty of this necklace and bracelet, I couldn’t be happier. Had a slight hiccup with my order but their customer service is definitely 5 stars! They quick and prompt to assist my situation and make it right. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Absolutely excellent!!!
