I ordered 3 pieces from Rosce, The pieces were beautiful, but i was having issues with the clasps. I was thinking about returning the jewelry as I was looking for pieces that I could wear everyday and not have to worry about losing them. After communicating with Krysllin in customer service, I changed my mind. She really went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my new jewelry. She gave me a few helpful hints on how to secure the clasp and so far I have had no issues.
I have had so many compliments on the pieces. I would not hesitate to order from Rosce again. The customer service I received really won me over. With so many on-line options, it's difficult to know who to trust. Rosce stands behind their product and ensures customer satisfaction. 5 stars!

I have used their website for numerous orders. They have very nice jewelery and very good customer service. I cannot believe they are real manmade diamonds with these low prices they have, but to be honest since they always deliver and they always respond immediately to any issues, I am sincerely satisfied with them!

I don’t know what these are made from, and what sorcery this is, but the earrings I got really look like diamonds, they’re durable and the metal doesn’t tarnish at all.
I got mine almost two years ago, and I’ll be honest — I was very unsure of what I’m about to receive and even attempted cancelling the order.

I love my tennis bracelets, I bought two sizes and they look so real I’m really happy..the one problem I have is that neither of the clasps work properly and I’d when I emailed the company about it they never responded which was disappointing .. I can’t wear them for fear they will fall off

I am really happy with my new necklace, it is sparkling and looks beautiful. I ordered originally the wrong size but could adjust it without any issue. Delivery to Germany took longer than expected but after contacting customer service it arrived one week later.

The jewelry in itself is stunning (I ordered 2 Monette bracelets in yellow gold and white gold as well as a Giovanni earring in yellow gold) - all were so classy & well made. I wore them with pride during the Christmas holidays and received glowing compliments all around.

I guess the only hitch was the delay in the delivery (a week’s worth at the very least). But Rosce’s people made the effort to check on it on my behalf and were sincerely apologetic for the situation. That to me, speaks well of the company and the pride they have for their product.

I just received my Estrelle Gemstone Bracelet Diamond Set and the Monette 4 Prong Diamond Bracelet. They are absolutely beautiful. The Diamond Set bracelets contain rich and intense colors of blue, green, and red gemstones. The Diamond Bracelet is utterly stunning. I am so happy that I found your company.
