I brought a glass tall cabnet from them. The quality is very good and I’m happy with my purchase. I did have a slight issue with a door, but Lyndsey was very nice and her customer service was brilliant. I would shop here again!
Order Cancelled
I ordered a coffee table from R&G before Christmas and understood it was due to arrive at the end of January. The delivery costs seemed a bit steep and I did query why I was being charged the 'Scottish Highlands' delivery rates despite being based in Glasgow which should have been cheaper. I was told this was because they got charged more for certain postcodes! After waiting nearly 3 months I was then told out of the blue that the order would have to be cancelled with no other reason other than they had decided to stop working with the manufacturer. I'm not sure why existing orders could not have been honoured before parting ways? This was so disappointing after such a long wait and a lot of research to find the perfect table in the first place. The refund was processed very quickly so I am grateful for that.
Great purchase
Bought a cabinet after coming across them online. First thing is they use Royal mail, so delivery was great and tracked. The parcel was so well packaged and my goods were secure, each item was safely wrapped. Thing that struck me is it’s the first Company that has the most intuitive instructions for assembly. A few well place stickers and numbers made it so easy! Looks great and lovely quality. Really happy.
Do not purchase from this store
I purchased some cushions less than a year ago, due to redecorating they were used for less than 6 months. Due to having a new baby, we thought it was time to wash them. They were washed strictly following the washing and care label instructions. However unfortunately, the colours bled everywhere and ruined the cushions completely. I took pictures and emailed Rose & Grey customer service. I love the cushions and initially asked for replacements, or if this wasn't possible offered to raise a chargeback claim with the bank. The customer service that ensued was awful. First Rose & Grey delayed to try and stop me raising a chargeback claim. Then finally said replacements would be sent out. When I followed up to ask for further details they said the replacements would only be sent once I had returned the faulty cushions. I said I was happy to do this if both the faulty cushions and replacements could be sent out on the same day given I had lost all trust in Rose & Grey at this point. They then proceeded to tell me offering replacements was a 'gesture of goodwill' , 'over a year old' and this was usual practice, which is a complete falsehood given the items are faulty. Moreover its very poor to say to a customer that cushions that cost over £400 should last less than 6 months!! After much back and forth I returned the cushions as promised on the basis that Rose & Grey sent out the replacements on the same day. Unfortunately,, their past behaviour continued and the tracking info provided showed the items hadn't been dispatched as promised and even the next still showed they hadn't been dispatched. I'm now without my original cushions and given their deliberate delay still waiting for the chargeback claim to finish their investigation which would have been concluded had I opened it as originally planned. Do not order anything from this store and if you absolutely must, order it on a credit card so you have some protection as they do not care about your consumer rights or they will try anything and everything to stop you from getting a refund/replacement on faulty or poor quality items.

We bought our sofa from Rose & Grey and we are so happy! We received first class service start to finish. We selected the Penny sofa in Rust Velvet and it is just so beautiful and such high quality. As it was a big purchase, we visited the showroom in Altrincham before purchasing and met with Joanna - she was super friendly and so helpful, guiding us through the whole process and answering any questions we had with ease. Post ordering, Emily was also a super-star in following our order through and keeping us updated. It even arrived early! I couldn't recommend this company more and hope to order from them again in the future.

Beautiful experience for Oscar
I enquired about an Oscar sofa back in August and the team Joanna and Emily came back to me quickly and kindly sent me further details and photos.
I eventually arranged an appointment to view in October as I couldn’t stop thinking about Oscar, or find anything remotely similar. I had a lovely welcome on meeting them both.
The showroom is neat in size but arranged with all their gorgeous furnishings and inspiration that reflects their website beautifully.
The quality of this sofa is really beautiful, so comfy. I love the fabric, colour and driftwood feet. It has made my lounge and is now the centrepiece.
Delivery was very efficient and well communicated. I prefer to support independent/British made when I can and so glad I could do that rather than rush to buy a mass made sofa. I’ll have this forever and I love it!

I had a problem with my sofa. The customer service I received from Emily was excellent. She arranged for a specialist to look at the sofa and we have now had it repaired so it looks good as new. Amazing service. I would happily buy again from Rose and Grey as I love their products and the service is fantastic.

Super speedy delivery and really brilliant customer service. My glasses arrived smashed (no fault of the company, they were packed in plenty of protection, just unlucky!) and they sent a replacement straight away. Highly recommend :)

Gorgeous Hugo sofa
Gorgeous Hugo sofa delivered in gold to match the Bertie chair previously purchased. Unfortunately Rose & Grey experienced some 'trouble at mill' with fabric delays; however I was keep informed all the way with regular emails and phone calls and the team couldn't have been more apologetic. Often the mark of good customer service is how a company responds when things go wrong and Emily, Guy and Joanne couldn't have been more helpful.
The sofa looks even better than the online pictures and I'm delighted with it. Thank you.

Awful experience
Awful experience. After ordering a sofa back in April and told 10 weeks for delivery I got in touch on the 10th week to be told it would be delivered the week of July 12th ( 4 weeks later ) as there was a delay, ok I thought delays happen. July 12th came and went so I got in touch with them again to be told our suppliers cannot get the fabric. No sign of another date or when they could get the fabric. I had to chase, no contact what so ever by Rose and Grey. I requested a refund as I cannot wait indefinitely and to be honest I had lost trust in the company. I was told that it could take up to 5 days for a refund, I am now on day 4 and no sign of my nearly £4000 so no doubt I will be chasing this as well. My advice is to avoid this company if ordering anything of any value and anything that is made to order. I now have the hassle of chasing my money back and also finding a new sofa. Just as an aside there was no offer of a goodwill payment or of anything really apart from oh sorry ( after I got in touch with them don’t forget )

Rose & Grey did not disappoint!
This was the first time I had ordered from Rose & Grey and they did not disappoint! I was a bit unsure as there aren't many Trustpilot reviews, but noticed that Feefo had plenty so gave it a go.
I had my eye on a side table for my client for two months which was out of stock and I had searched everywhere for it with no luck. I had received the back in stock email from Rose & Grey and ordered that same evening.
It was shipped the next day (so quick!) and out for delivery the following working day.
The table was packaged so well (thanks Jon!) and there was no damage during transport.
I will definitely be using them again for future client projects and personal orders!

Nice item but small amount of damage
I ordered a green marble occasional table. It arrived very well packaged but on opening it there is a small chip on the marble edge. It is not enough to make me go through the hassle of sending it back but it’s sad as otherwise it is a nice piece of furniture.

We ordered a very expensive armchair…
We ordered a very expensive armchair earlier this year. It was a big decision as it was quite an expensive piece of furniture. Initially there was a payment cock up with the bank - and the company didn't help by giving me incorrect information. I spent time speaking to the bank, who informed me that the info the company had given me was incorrect. The company only contacted me by email, which reached my spam folder. No attempt was made to call me about the issue. As a result of all of this, the order didn't actually get approved for several weeks, which added to the overall delay caused by the very long construction and delivery timelines. We purchased the chair in February but the order didn't get processed until March.
We asked the company how it was planning to respond to resolve the issue and respond to our poor experience. We were not satisfied with the response and there was no offer of financial compensation - whether small or large. We nearly cancelled the order given how expensive the item of furniture was and the standard of customer care we expected, but decided to go ahead. However, we will NOT be using Rose and Grey again and don't recommend that anyone else uses them for such expensive purchases.
