I recently received the Clara bag and it was as expected. However, the lining smells so bad I can't use it. Not sure what it's made of, but it smells like fish. I've tried airing it out and the smell won't go away.

I ordered a bag took a month to get it. The wrong bag was received. They stopped answering my emails when I said I wanted a return. There is NO phone number or any other way to contact. There is no office address listed. The company listed as the parent company said they didn’t know anything and refused to assist. Is this consumer fraud?
UPDATE: They said they would return my money ONLY if I paid the shipping to the manufacturer IN CHINA! The cheapest shipping id 199 US dollars. The bag cost 71 US dollars. THIS IS FRAUD. I’m in touch with my attorney general and the FTC. BEWARE!

The company kept in touch about the status of my order and I received it in a timely manner. The purse (Dorothy Bag) is well made and quite roomy. It's also a great cross-body bag, which is what I needed. A friend commented on it this morning and I gave her the website. Hopefully, she will purchase one and will love it as much as I love mine. I can even carry my 20oz. water bottle comfortably.

These purses come out of China. It's been weeks and I'm still waiting on mine. If it doesn't arrive in another week I'll be calling my credit card to dispute the charge.

I went thru a shipping fiasco…and Haley, from the customer service team, held my hand thru it all…and it was a lot…a once is a lifetime fiasco. But I am on the other side of that…I have my purse and I love it! Can’t thank Haley enough…and I highly recommend the Rose&Josie customer service team.

I love the Kiara bag! I bought in blue and because I was so happy with all of the pockets and strong zippers and handles, I ordered a Kiara in black! I had also ordered a different black bag but I can’t remember the name, but I’ve ordered other bags from Rose&Josie and have always been happy! I worked as a Quality Manager for almost 30 years in a manufacturing company and know quality when I see it. I love the way your company keeps me informed of the process and tracking. Thank you!

I recently purchased The Clara bag specifically for the various outside zippered compartments. The compartments are so shallow, they are worthless for holding any thing except the smallest of items. I requested a refund. They suggested if I still wanted to return the purse I would be paying international charges and most likely the return would be “lost” in shipment. Resulting in no refund.

The perfect size purse to hold everything I need with me. I love the style and color and get compliments on it daily! May have to get another color or two😊

The customer service was amazing. I love my purses in green and off-white! Just as described in words and photos. Perfect size, compartments great...I've received many compliments as well.

Love, LOVE this purse with all the compartments!! Love it so much that I purchased four (4), black, gray, burgundy and a lighter blue. Well made for the price! Great buy. Great company to work with, also. Very, very happy with my purchases. Date of experience below, I cannot give an exact date since I purchased 4 at different times.

Love, love, love my new purse from Rose & Josie. Just the right size and has a middle section that us a safe place to put your valuables. Going to order another color. ONLY suggestion is to make the handles a couple inches longer.

I love my bag. When I saw it online, I knew I had to have it. I’ve enjoyed using it and I’m considering another one.

I like the bag. Didn't think the handles would hold up but they are perfect. Easy on the shoulders and holds stuff evenly because of the way the pockets are made. I give it 5 stars.

I was very disappointed with the Clara bag. It looks and feels very cheap, the pockets are too shallow, and it makes sounds like it’s lined with plastic when I handle it. The zippers separate when I zip or unzip. I carried this purse for a few hours one day, but did not like it at all! Can I return this?

On 11-26-24 I received an email confirming my order of a purse. My credit card was charged on this same date. On 11-28-24, I received a second email telling me my order was "on the way." It is now 1-14-25 and I have yet to receive my order. I have been patiently waiting, but at this point I am very disappointed! I was truly excited about this purchase.

I absolutely love my pocketbooks, and I ordered every color you have listed which I have received. I have looked for a long time to find a pocketbook that meets all I've been looking for! Thank you for a great product!

I purchased the Clara bag in burgundy. I love the color. It’s a nice size and holds everything I need. The compartments help keep everything organized.

Upon receipt of my Clara bag, I found it to be just as described in the ad and exactly what I was expecting. I am one who likes organization of my bag so that things can be placed where I want them to avoid searching and dumping out things. I like the quality of the leather and overall I am very pleased with the bag, so pleased that I ordered another one in a different color.
