I bought some well advertised fur lined boots from these. Took over two weeks and came from China, not in a shoe box but just bubble wrap.
However, I really like the boots, very comfortable and cheaper than those in Next, although they are not leather. The reason for the 2 stars is because I thought this was a British company but they're not, and the packaging was cheap. At the moment though, I'm actually quite happy with the product

Absolutely awful customer service and do everything they can to avoid giving you a refund.

I was totally hoodwinked by this company thinking it was based in London, but it is a Chinese sweatbox scam and the quality is horrendous. I bought a cardigan and it didn't even have button holes and I was offered a 35% refund which still worked out better than the hoops I was being asked to jump through to send this rag back to China for the full refund. It took weeks to arrive and I honestly just put it right in the bin. AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS!! All of the reviews are fake!

As mentioned by other reviewers this company are not based in a London boutique.

It took 2 weeks to be delivered and was cheap and ill fitting.
They constantly reply with made up offers to refund, 15%, then 20% then up to 35%.
You have to return the item back to China for a full refund which will likely cost me half the price of the shoddy jacket i was sent.
I will return jacket but don't expect to see any money back so will contact credit card for chargeback.

Items took ages to ship. The quality was very very poor. So bad you wouldn't buy it even for £1. No contact number. No invoice or return details supplied. They do not reply to messages or email. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The item took 3 weeks to arrive, was nothing like the one shown on their site and what they don’t tell you is that it has to be returned to Asia at your cost 😲 Don’t believe the money back guarantee. They offered 20% off our next order - as if!!! Or 15% refund, which was increased to 35% after we pointed out the blatant lies

I bought a coat from this company never again very poor quality no invoice no returns form, took forever to arrive from London apparently probably made in the hills in China doesn't even say what size it is in the coat . I didn't pay a lot for it but the original price was £170 they should be done for fraud so I've given it to a local charity

Just received my delivery and its quite embarrassing the quality that has been sent out, surprised as to how long it took to arrive due to it being london, but then eventually the item has arrived, and its absolutely shocking.
Ive enclosed 1 pic as not going to waste anymore of my time on the product.

This is totally a scam. It’s not a uk based company. And what you see on there website it’s not real. All products comes from china and very cheap quality. Even though you can’t wear them. So please place don’t buy anything from them. Even though if you get 99% discount. Please don’t buy… they are scammers. And they won’t give your money back. And if you need to return it you have to send it to china with your cost.

Don't buy from these type of AD's on FaceBook or internet they are fronts for cheap Chinese goods. They use a familiar names and glossy images that look British and legit selling quality clothing, but they are not. They also frequently change the brand names to fool you, so look out for the same products as they will be a fake company. They are shipped from China through to a European base then to a warehouse at a London airport and then on to the customer, and in some cases you won't even receive the items at all.

Save your money.
Items are not anything like they show in the pictures. Really really poor quality.
Asked for returns instructions several times with no response.
Cheap shite!

This is a drop-ship website. You can get exactly the same items from AliExpress for one third of the price. It will take a week to arrive, as it come from China.

It’s says on there so called website that it has excellent reviews on Trust pilot,
