Rose & Walker Reviews

Fantastic item and lovely service from a uk manufacturer

I love my Rose & Walker console table, it’s really good quality and well made. We had an issue with some damage to two corners when the table first arrived. Their customer service was great and after messaging the team a replacement was arranged.

Very high quality, custom made. I will buy again.

Great customer service and console table is very well made, was well packaged and looks fantastic.

Everything from the choosing of the item to the delivery went smoothly. Would use Rose & Walker again.

Well made items, arrived very quickly.
Looking forward to using them next Christmas!

From ordering to receiving all was good . This is the second one I’ve got I hang my Christmas cards off it with pegs

Fantastic furniture that looks amazing in our lounge. Very well made and extremely well packed for shipping.
Unfortunately in the nest of tables the glass was chipped when we opened it but Lewis kindly sorted out the problem. I can really recommend this company and would use them again. Well done Rose and Walker!

I ordered a metal Christmas tree in mid December, which was delivered the next day from a UK manufacturer. Amazing service! I'm very pleased with the product.

The customer service given by Lewis is second to none.

From ordering colour samples, to arranging bespoke sizes, to ordering and receiving the final goods of side tables and console tables, I have found R&W to be first class in every way. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and finish of the items - and for very fair prices and quick delivery. We will be using them again and highly recommend!!

The table is of superb quality, exactly as I had hoped. The company’s communications are brilliant. They were more than happy to send to Northern Ireland at a modest cost, unlike some other companies who (unhelpfully) do not offer this option.

Well packed item, prompt delivery. Absolutely love my Christmas tree, perfect for on top of a cabinet or table

Great personal service. Excellent, well-made products at a reasonable price and delivered promptly.

I ordered a table from R&W and it arrived 24 hours later. Not only is the product great but the level of service and communication with the customer is first class. My experience with R&W restored my faith in dealing with companies on line and R&W could teach a few lessons to other companies.

I am over the moon with my console table! I loved the design of the table but it was too big for the space I wanted to use. After emails with Lewis, he very kindly built it for me to my own specification. It arrived perfectly packaged and the quality is superb! I thoroughly recommend Rose and Walker furniture.

A very well made product (which is getting rarer these days) at a very reasonable price. Probably the best packaged item I have ever received. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Personable service, excellent quality product and all at a good price

Excellent products, good, friendly service.

Lovely, quality product. Fast delivery. Well priced.
