Product arrived quickly however it was not as expected so I requested a refund by email as per the guidance on the website. No reply. I sent another email. No reply. Will not purchase from this website again.
Update: I sent two emails on 28 Dec 2023 and 06 Jan 2024 to the contact@ email address.
