A pain! Arrived bike without gearbox battery and half the parts . Written they sent parts but they were still missing. A gang of disorganised, opinionated Germans! A pain and a disgrace
I had to leave with the bike and I haven't been able to use it for over two months. If the bike works like their organisation I'll crash at the first braking!

I bought to gravel bicycles in July 2022.
1 size 53 and 55, manager at Munich shop and employees are very knowledgeable of their product. They told
10 days and bingo in 10 days we have our bicycles. We ride it in France and USA.
And no issues at All. I wish they have more variety of colors on the gravel. We are very happy with our bicycles and planning on getting another one.

I'm not going to buy anything more of ROSE, I'had a really bad expirience with them! I bought a 3000 euro bike and I'm having a lot of problems with it. I sent a product in case it came under warranty and they make me buy a new one and for a more expensive price than what they told me at the beginning

I know there is a long wait for Shimano HG GC Forty but I knew that when I ordered. I don't know if you are shipping XDR instead of Shimano HG because someone in your management is trying to frig their KPIs or it's just that the guys in your despatch warehouse can't read an order docket - but it really isn't a good solution for me.
So I will be sending back my GC Forty XDR rear wheel asap and asking for a refund. It's a PITA to do that but I find that for a few dollars more I can get a Duke wheel with DT240 hub - which is (objectively) a nicer hub - that will ship earlier than your SHIMANO wheel. So I will take advantage of that opportunity and you have lost the sale.
Hope you can sort out your warehouse issues because I absolutely love my BACKROAD GRX RX810 Di2 Limited that I bought a couple of months ago. So I won't stop buying Rose because of this but ... black mark guys!."

I'd say you get what you pay for even over it. Standart Delivery got me wating for a week from purchase and I live in Bulgaria. The quality of the bike is top notch, I should say though they can do better at packaging and also their website was not good at updating its tracking service though you have the option to look at the delivery company's tracking service. Overall 9/10 just because we are looking at perfectly assembled bikes. Glad to see companies still thinking about the welds not being disgusting to look at.

Bikes seem ok but customer service is pretty Lack lustre and inflexible ( HQ in Germany )…plus they delivered the completely wrong colour on a 2.5 k bike! Honestly…..there was only two colours to choose from ha…🤣…the box label had the correct colour…didn’t someone look in the box??….Rose offered to swap bike but colour accepted as didn’t want to prolong the pain..goodwill voucher offered….after me asking for it…groan!
Spec of bike was altered, 4- 5 weeks after full payment and order ( advised to change bike seat stem from carbon to Alu after ongoing safety reviews…shouldn’t this be sorted under R&D before offering to public?).. The bike documentation is hilariously bad and comes in a take away paper bag…why bother?
In my opinion..probably best to avoid as my experience does not instil massive confidence….next time I will go with one of the other players like Trek, Cannodale or Dolan

I returned a helmet (200 €) because of a defect. I have not received any response for a very long time, except a seemingly automatic email. The email confirmed to me that the package arrived. Also, I should be patient, as the processing may take time. In the meantime, it has been 2 months.
I have had to set up phone appointments to get a response. There is no response to emails.
First they said the IBAN was missing so I was appeased on the phone. I then send the IBAN and NOTHING has happened.
I email and get no response so I make another phone appointment. On the second call I am told to check again on my PayPal and my bank account to see if anything has arrived. How cheeky! The employee didn't know if or where money had been transferred. How can that be so hard to track? He said he would check with accounting and call me back in 1-2 days. Great tactic to put off the problem until I eventually forget or give up. No call came. Not answering emails and phone appointments further slow down the process.
I'm seriously beginning to wonder if it's a scam of theirs not to pass on the credit for returned items to the customer?!
I have been waiting for the money for months.
The products are good and arrive quickly. But when there is a problem or you want to return something, it's terrible. Therefore only 1 star.

I was a bit hesitant given the low ratings, but I felt the eCommerce site and business were legitimate and was willing to give them a shot. Ordered a pair of cycling shoes to be shipped to the US and while it did take some time for international shipping, this was not unusual, but I was able to receive my product. It was exactly as expected and I got a great price for it compared to what I was able to find through other eCommerce sites.
I will continue to use RoseBikes.com in the future for my purchasing needs.

I ordered my new road bike 2 days ago online, upon that ROSE promptly acknowledged the order (by e-mail). Almost simultaneously, I also noticed the corresponding credit card transaction authorised along with the order. So far so good.
However, 2 days later, I still can't see the order in my customer profile and thus contacted Rose for clarification. On my inquiry, ROSE's sales team informed today by e-mail that that they can't find the order in their system. What the heck is this? ROSE, how can you confirm and bill an order that apparently vanished from your system? As much as I'm a fan of Rose bikes, the order management really sucks and so does the customer service. Sorry ROSE, this is a perfect advertisement for Canyon.
