I cannot praise these lovely people highly enough. I am so glad that they have now become my local veterinary practice!

I have seen Sinèad, Montserrat and today, Dan. My baby girl is a small rescue dog, from Kefalonia. I brought her home eleven years ago, making her about twelve.

I recently discovered a small lump on her gum and took her to see Montserrat, who advised me that it would probably be a good idea to have it removed and to have her teeth cleaned at the same time. The idea of this terrified me as I had a bad experience in Ireland some years ago, where my dog died shortly after leaving the vets. However after weighing up the pros and cons, I decided to go ahead and have it done.

Kiki and I were booked in for 9am this morning. Dan came and introduced himself and spent a long time telling me every step of the procedure and reassuring me that my precious girl would be fine.

I picked her up this afternoon and apart from being a bit drowsy, she was in good spirits. I have opted for the premium monthly plan and it has saved me quite a bit of money as I got a 20% discount today. I also had food to take away and Dan has trimmed her nails etc..

I highly recommend this practice. They are the loveliest people you could hope to meet. ❤️

We signed up to this new independent Vets and our dog Rex had his first consultation on Tuesday with Dan. First impressions are very positive. Rex struggles with anxiety and the practice is in a quiet area so he isn’t stressed out before he even sets a paw inside. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helped us by allowing Rex to use the back door so that he didn’t get upset by a dog already in the waiting room (and equally didn’t cause the other dog any upset either). Dan was really helpful and made Rex feel so safe that I can honestly say his tail has never wagged that much in a vets practice before. Rex was relaxed and had his happy goofy grin all the time. Glad we swapped!
