Really pleased with my moissanite ring from this Seller. The gold weight was good and it is beautifully made. Rosec customer service is excellent and when I requested an exchange for white gold instead of yellow gold (the colour was too yellow & didn't match my wedding ring), they were very obliging and I received the exchange quickly. Would thoroughly recommend

I bought a plain gold band online. Rosec were the jewlers who crafted my ring. Due to my error the ring needed to be returned for resizing. This is from Aus to India. Rosec bent over backwards to accomodate my error and I had my ring back in a weeks time. The ring is noticeably different to the retailers around here. I'm very impressed with Rosec, they are helpful and proffesional. I love my ring and it would go perfect for a wedding band. Check them out.

I’ve ordered twice from this company, first time being a dagger cartilage earring, second time being three custom pieces. The first experience was great, I received pictures of the item before they were shipped off, it came with a diamond certificate. Second experience was even better, I spent a couple days talking with their customer service customising pieces for me, they were very patience and made sure I had exactly what I wanted, the whole process from first chat about the pieces to delivery was less than two weeks, they made the jewellery within a couple days and the shipping time was excellent too. I received certificates and warranty for all the moissanite stones I had.

Returning it was very easy, but the best thing was, they contacted me and went out of their way to see how they could help me get what I wanted. They ended up custom-creating a ring exactly how I wanted. It is beautiful! They are the friendliest and most personable company I have ever worked with. They were in constant text communication with me throughout the entire process, including pictures and videos to make sure they were creating my ring to my specifications. Shipping was very fast too! I highly recommend this company for any custom work you might want.

I truly wish I had found this site years ago. I purchased a tragus piercing with a baguette pink sapphire and a diamond on each side. The piece is gorgeous! I purchased a 2.5 CT Moissanite Engagement Ring with Halo, 6X8 MM Oval Cut Moissanite,14K Solid Gold from Rosec Jewels through Amazon. Once the order was placed they were in contact with me throughout the whole process. They sent me pictures of the actual ring for my approval prior to shipment. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and my girlfriend loves it! Overall I was very impressed with the service and product that I received and would recommend Rosec Jewels to everyone.
