I’ve been a long-time customer of RoseGal. I’ve honestly had very few of the issues with quality or shipping that others mention in their reviews. But about a month ago I ran across a product on their website that had been made using an artwork by an artist I know. I reached out to the artist and confirmed that she had not licensed her work to RoseGal, so I contacted their customer support and advised them that the garment bore stolen art. A month later I’ve received no response and the garment is still available on their website. As much as I love their clothes, they will not receive another penny from me until they start paying artists for the use of their intellectual property.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Purchased items as a present for my wife. They arrived in a couple of weeks and were terrible quality. When you think of Chinese sweat shops, these are the sorts of clothes I think of. Nothing like the photos or description, poor stitching, very thin cheap materials and just general tat. I saw in another review that someone stated they are the standard of things you get at a carnival or travelling fair and I couldn't think of a better way to describe them.

The worst part was the customer service. Trying to work out how to arrange a return was not straight forward and I had to contact customer support. Several days of back and forth responses with them refusing to provide a returns address and trying to get me to accept a part refund and just to keep the items to donate to charity. The fact they dont even want their own clothes back and offer this just shows how cheap they are to make and send out. Finally after several days of arguing they succumbed and provided an address and confirmed the return is at the buyers own cost and they must be returned in 7 days. I live in the UK and the returns address is in America! That's right, you read that correctly, they ship from China but the returns address is America, unless you live in Spain and then they give you an EU address to make a return. Needless to say, it was more expensive to return the items than it was to purchase them in the first place (which I believe is the whole con in the first place, provide rubbish clothes and hope people will accept a part refund and not make a return so they maintain making some form of profit).

Reluctantly I have had to accept a part refund and I will stick them in a charity bin.

Utter rubbish, AVOID at all costs, you will regret it if you have problems, but if cheap ill fitting tat and terrible customer service is your standard, then Rosegal is right up your street.

I bought a beautiful hooded Halloween style long dress in black & purple and it was so nice, I even got married in it!

The The clothes are cheap mostly made of spandex I cannot believe that I was charge that much for a spending that much on this cheap clothes and now I want a return and they are give me the hardest time in the world. run around. They want to know why everything doesn’t fit . To open up each item. I’m not gonna open it so they won’t return it. It in the packaging it’s brand new . It don’t fit me . the 3X I am not a 3X I didn’t even make the order . I don’t want it I want to return it asking for the return address is to hard to get . I will suggest not shopping here cause it’s just a bunch of scams and this is 200$ that was charged on my card I need to contect my bank. This place is a joke shop in the USA where it won’t be a big deal if u want ur money back.

Ive ordered twice from them. Both times swimwear. The quality of both is higher than i expected. First order in first lockdown took about a month to arrive but second, recent order was very quick. Will definitely order again

Not worth buying from, items are sub quality to what you see in the picture and the customer service standards are so low I don't think they have any, just copy and pasting the same response.
I tried returning something that didn't fit and all they offered me was a new one (it doesn't fit, why would I want a one one?) Or credit for their online shop for 20% of what I paid for the item, pathetic. Avoid at all costs and support local businesses.

You took down my review because you took the word of the company and don't want them to have negative reviews which I will now go on every site I can to review them look at their cancelation procedures. No where does it say what they claim. They stold my money and they are thives and scammers.

I really like what I purchased from this store. I like so many things, definitely will be ordering again. Only had one thing that I didn't like much, but hey thats expected.

Ordered face masks and hat with shield in April. Items not received by July and tracking information provided not helpful. Was told to wait "just a little longer" and items were delivered within a week. Very suspicious that the order arrived quickly only after I complained. I ordered clothing prior to this and returned it because it was cheap, small and not like the photo. Most of my refund was denied because they items had "been worn"... NOT! Will never orderf rom this company again. Beware!

This is my second order from Rosegal and once again, I love it! The clothes are so cute and fit great, nothing but good experiences. In fact, I'm about to order again 😂

This Is A Terrible Retailer. They Sell Poor Quality Clothes. And Have False Advertising. Do Not Buy From This Retailer. And Will Not Respond To Give Refunds.

Awful! Order turned up eventually, really bad quality, not worth anything close to what I paid, then 2 days later, I received a Fedex customs and handling charge of £25. Their customer service makes it almost impossible to send anything back. I would definitely steer well clear of these crooks!

This company is a scam and have created this new profile on Trust Pilot which now totals 3. They have numerous bad reviews on their original profile and several fake 5-Star reviews like those on this profile. Please search for the name Rosegal on Trust Pilot or Facebook. They send you poorly made loose hand stitched replicas and fake help with promises of refunds until you give up. The items aren’t wearable and not intended to be. They have a similar print as shown in their ad and are in various sizes for whatever they can send to pretend they fulfilled your order. There’s even a group formed on Facebook for people to lament with each other over their experience. I think they’ve switched their name to lvlii or it’s a sister company. Read the reviews for that company and they’re identical.

I don’t want them contacting me for their “fake help”. Most likely they will respond to this saying my email address isn’t in their file. It’s a new tactic which they use on the previous Rosegal reviews for every poor review they receive and state the review violates Trust Pilots policy which is false and par for the course with the lack of integrity with this company.

It has been an unbeatable experience, the quality of the products is great and they are very well priced. I'm delighted with all my order."
