I gave this present to my girlfriend…
I gave this present to my girlfriend for her birthday and when she opened it, it wasn’t fixed into the the padding inside the box the chain was snapped inside we couldn’t re attach it to the link because one of links is broken on the clip

Checked PayPal transaction shows for plus centre limited and checked in companies house and that company doesn’t exist.
