Item appears as described and reasonable quality. The tracking of the parcel was reasonable but there were no up to date details provided. Most were four days old and then catch-up for those days provided. It arrived but tracking did not have this information provided

Terrible

Got 5 bracelets wedding presents for my bridesmaids the bracelets arrived they are small and tight fitted. I have a small wrist myself but my bridesmaids are different. They asked for evidence sent them photos they keep trying to offer me a discount. Do not buy read all reviews first. Terrible experience.

Excellent company

All products that I have bought from roseinside have been excellent quality and great value for money.
Delivery has been very quick and the aftersales contact has been exemplary.

Bad company service

The company sent me the wrong item,this item with shipping cost me £29.67 (£6.21)shipping that I payed to arrive before Christmas, it arrived after, i contacted them and they only offered me 10% refund excluding shipping I asked them to exchange the item for the one I had ordered they offered me 50 % off we got to 70% and they wouldn't go any further so I have ended up paying £13 for something I don't want , and later finding that the very same item is for sale on a well known site for £6.50 with free shipping , do not buy from this company.
