I ordered a £58 coat about 2 weeks ago through a TikTok AD and I did not receive a confirmation code. When I try contacting the customer support none of the buttons work so I can’t even claim it as I’ve been scammed through my online banking as I must contact the seller first! Scammed £58 !

Ordered off this company through TikTok.
Had an email saying my order was confirmed and would receive another when order had been shipped.
Still no email, I emailed them to say what had happened, they said they have moved warehouses so there is a few minor issues with the emails being sent.
I ordered the coat on 24th October and still haven’t received my coat. £60 scammed for!

Ordered from this company through tik tok. Received an email saying order confirmed and that they will let me know when they’re shipping. 5 days later still no email to say it’s being processed or shipped. Contacted company through the email provided on the confirmation email with no response. Went on to their website it’s a poor drop shipping website. None of the contact us buttons work. Scammed out of £60 for a coat.
