Sooo I read all these reviews after purchasing and I honestly didn’t expect anything to come, but it’s about two weeks later (definitely a reasonable amount of time) and I just got my package!! It fits great, stays on in the water, and seems to be good quality. I’m only giving it four stars because I didn’t get any order confirmation or tracking info, and more communication would’ve been nice. Overall a very good product and very much worth my money :)))

Do not order from this company!!!! My daughter ordered bathing suits, paid 60 dollars and they never came! When we emailed customer support they gave us a computer generated response with broken English! Then I demanded a refund and they blocked me to where I couldn’t comment or ask where the bathing suits were! I have filed a fraud claim with my bank! Do not do business with this company!!!

They off a 10 percent code when ordering but once the order is placed they state I was not eligible. When I told them I wouldnt be back their response was, "OK!" like it was no big deal.

Absolutely the WORST company please please please do not order from them!!!!

I am one of the few that did receive my item AFTER 3 months!!!! Then when it did not fit (extremely poor quality and fits sooooo weird) they tried saying “well I’ll give you $7 for you to keep it after I paid $30) ughhhh no I want my refund!!!! After I paid for shipping to return they are saying they did not receive even though the tracking number shows that it was delivered back. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! this company should be shut down and fast!!!!

I placed my order 2 months ago, still haven’t received my order and like many of the reviews that I just read, when I emailed they gave me a FAKE tracking number. When I emailed them about the tracking number being fake, they said the same thing others are saying, seems like a total scam! Do not buy from them!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a swimsuit about 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. I sent their customer service and an email, and they provided me with a fake tracking number. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! It’s a FRAUD.

Fraudulent company. Never received order after ~2 months, and they provided me a tracking number that never progressed past "label created" status, meaning it was never shipped, or was simply a fake tracking number.

Their customer support is terrible, and they replied to me with emails including very broken English, as if they were using a translator service. Here is an example:
"Dear customer,
We shipped your package out,then the package will take plane to your country and accept custom inspect .When this process is finished, there will be an update on post website.
I will be appreciated if you can wait just a little more time.
Have a nice day!"
and:
"Hello,
thanks for your time with us, i have a check your order, it was shipped on ,
it could be delay due to the corona virus, shipping is a little slow. your package was stuck in customs,besides both of our countries Customs checking is very strict, which will delay the shipping, would you please be more patient!
Have a nice day!"

As you can see, these emails make no sense, and they leave out information such as when the package was shipped, etc. I also asked them specifically for this information, as well as where the package was shipping from. It is sad that they are using the coronavirus as a way to scam people here, and keep them waiting for packages that will never arrive, because they were never shipped in the first place. I see numerous other reports here as well - this company should be shut down.

I am going to report to PayPal as fraudulent and/or chargeback with the credit card company.

BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSELYPINK

Ordered 2 months ago and was charged immediately however I’m still waiting on my order to ship. Email responses from their customer service are canned and incomprehensible. Almost seems as though someone is trying to utilize Google Translate to write these responses. I’m canceling my order through PayPal. This company is a FRAUD!

My items took about a month to arrive. I asked for proof of shipment 2-3 times and they would not give it to me. The tracking # was fake. I called my credit card and told them the website was fraudulent and to investigate the charge. I notified whoever I had been emailing with that my card company was investigating the charge and I mysteriously got my packages a couple of days later. I don’t think they shipped them until after the last email I sent. Don’t shop with them. Quality/price of products not worth the month long wait and sketchy emails.

Shocked to see a few people here actually received their orders-I assumed from the completely unintelligible emails I received from Roselypinks Care team this site was an out and out scam.

Here is a small excerpt from my communication with them:

"We shipped your package out,then the package will take plane to your country and accept custom inspect .When this process is finished, there will be an update on post website.

They charged me for my order, sent no confirmation email, and on the day I wrote in to inquire (a full month after they'd charged me), created a fake USPS tracking code and provided it to me. Lol, still says it's "on its way" to usps.

This is either the worst run business ever, or a true scam! STAY AWAY!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered my suit over a month ago and still have not received it. Not sure that it’s even coming. VERY upset and frustrated. Will never order from them again.

Swimsuits were cute and actually a good material. I feel like the sizing of the swimsuits are luck. Really the only thing is that the customer service is bad and my package took longer than expected. I was scared it wasnt going to come because I heard that happened to some people.

DON'T shop with Roselypink on Instagram. It is a total scam. They won't return your items, even though they state on the website that you have 14 days. They said they would process the return ONLY if I sent them a tracking number. I did that 2 times, and they kept rejecting the package. They even tried to negotiate compensation if I kept the clothes. Clothes are cheap and smell like chemicals. Don't be fooled by the advertisements on social media like I was.

Terrible customer service and return policy. Shop somewhere else.

I bought 2 bathing suits. They were similar to what the picture showed me but they are a very cheap version of it. They are very cheaply made and I wont ever be buying from here again. I DO NOT recommend!

Poorly made clothes that don’t reflect images on website. Company will not accept returns. From their website: “ But sorry that if you return because of personal reasons such as size doesn't fit, customer just dislikes the item or other subjective reasons, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

No exchange or return on promotional items.
You can exchange your item if the size is not suitable, the color is not your favorite or the other personal reasons. But the shipping fee of this exchange including your delivery and our delivery is your responsibility. In view of your cost, we suggest you to return your item and place a new order. Shipping fee policy is same as point 3.”
