This is from China, they are misleading people with their name. This is a scam! I wanted to return my shoes ($70)since it is too small and the material is too thin for a leather shoe that they advertized. They offered to send me a bigger size for $20 and I can keep what I have. I said that i am not sure if the next size will fit me. They said i don't have to return the shoe and gave me a $64 credit, I said to myself let's see. Now, when I put something in the cart, it's asking for a code. I asked them again, they said to give them the info and they will put the order in for me. They stopped replying after that!

Should have researched better before making a purchase. I bought a jacket that was falsely described as a "Winter Coat" but in reality was a poorly made hoodie with broken zippers. When I attempted to return and get a refund they offered 20%refund then 55% refund and I keep the broken hoodie. In order to recieve a full refund I would need to pay for shipping back to China which would cost in the end, more than what the hoodie cost. Absolute scam.

I ordered their Katherina | Winter Jacket. The jacket is of bad quality and resembles more a mishaped sweater jacket, not a versatile winter coat. I requested a refund. Their response, get 20% back of the paid price. For a full refund, I have to ship it back to China. That would cost almost as much as the item itself. The company is a scam. Do not purchase from them!

China scam all the way! The photo looks like some store in The Hamptons with beautiful things. I received crazy weird plastic shoes. Run!!!

If I could give it no star, I would. As many of the postings below - this company is a Scam. Unfortunately, there is nothing on FB that gives you reviews for this company. I never buy online for this reason and should have looked at their return policy as it is all the way in China. The quality is horrific and sizes do not match US. What a nightmare and high price to pay for terrible products. Their website is deceitful as it claims they are in New York.

I would give this company a score of 0.
DO NOT buy their products. The shoes are poor quality, does not match their photos and not worth the trouble.
When you request refund, they offer a 25% refund or you can send the shoes back to China.
I assume the rest of their products are also substandard. Don't waste your money.

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from this company. The sizing is not accurate and the quality of the materials is substandard. When I contacted the company to exchange my size they required me to send in and additional $20. I decided not to return the shoes. Please avoid this company. The website is misleading. I highly doubt that the two women featured are actually real people.

I ordered a pair of flat, burgundy shoes but I received a brown ugly shoes with heels and the decoration on the front of the shoe seems to be glued and kind of lose. It looks to me as if this company isn't real and they are using a fake name and brand. I have pictures to prove they sent me a totally different shoe, even their last email regarding the delivery of the shoe is showing what I ordered not what I received.

SCAM. This company should be shut down. The “waterproof winter coat” for $70 was actually a thin coat shaped “sweatshirt” type material. Total trash. How the US is allowing this company to operate here is beyond me.

I ordered a dress they promised would be delivered in time to wear to my mother's celebration of life event. It was a very important day for me and I wanted to look nice for this after my mom passed away September 4 of this year. The dress did not come until almost three weeks later and it was obvious the dress had been worn as it was shoved in a bag and all the buttons were undone. I have contacted them several times and keep getting emails back from "Rosemary" saying my "code" is coming to allow me to buy something else with the monies I spent. So far we've exchanged 6 emails since Oct 4 with the same "your code is coming" reply email. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered shoes in my size that were too small. Ordered another size but got the original size sent again. What a waste of time. This company is crap.

I always buy shoes online, a size 8.5 and never had to return shoes. The Rosemary and Faye shoes I received must be at least one size too small. Additionally, the shoe strap with the pearl attached does not cover the Velcro that it adheres to. The visible Velcro makes the shoe look extremely cheap. I wanted to exchange them. They told me I had to return them and pay a fee of $20, and then they would send another pair, which was questionable regarding the fit. After TWENTY back and forth emails, which should have included a code worth the cost of the shoes (that I was told I now wouldn’t have to return), there has been no resolution, although it was promised many times. I never received the code.I can’t wear the shoes and I refuse to pay $20 for returning badly made shoes. Plus- there is NO store in New York City, which they claim to own. Don’t trust them- stay far away, it’s a scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM FRONT. The quality is GARBAGE. Cheap crap that comes from China in plastic bags for a lot of money. I ordered three pairs of shoes from their “exclusive” line…none of the shoes were actually leather, no actual stitching, the clasps were cheap hooks, the color was completely different on one of them. They then had the manipulative audacity to ask if I’d just like a store credit to purchase other items. Why would I buy more of their crap?? We’ll see how much it costs me to return them. SO disappointed, really thought I’d found some cute decent quality shoes because they also are not cheap.

Horrible! The shoes did not come within the shipping window and when they did, it looked like a child wrapped it so what I’m thinking is that the package was opened and then it was repackaged by somebody else possibly I do not know but the company took about a week back-and-forth to get a resolution and they told me for the inconvenience they give me 20% off they never did. Terrible service. Tracking numbers they give do not “track” or give any info. They take days to reply. And they do not do what they promise. I will never order from this company again.

Ordered a dress "Bianca" it came made in a thin acetate type fabric that halloween costumes are made of. The "seams" down the front were not seams or darts, but painted into the fabric to appear to be so. The dress was dreadful, didn't fit, poorly made and designed. I tried to return but at my own expense to China when the owner is here in the US. Wanted to give me a store credit...no way would I do business with them again. They are under several names, I believe.

I ordered boots and shoes. It took a long time to receive them. (They have a 30 day return policy, so clock is ticking) Boots look ok but shoes look nothing like in picture, very cheap low quality. Website claims genuine leather but there is no genuine leather sign anywhere on the shoes and they look like plastic, top and bottom. I want to return the shoes. Customer service suggested to give me pocket change or partial store credit instead of full refund for return. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this company.

This company is a sham. They advertise as if they are located in NY but they are likely operating out of China. I believe this is the same company as Faye & Rose (see reviews under Trust Pilot). My shoes took weeks to arrive. They arrived oddly wrapped in plastic and did not look as advertised. They did not fit. They had no markings on them re size or brand. When I tried to return them, they bartered with me - offered 10% and then 20%. This company is entirely unreliable. If I could give less than one star, I would.
