Deleted our data without warning or compensation
Rosemood deleted all of our data without warning and without compensation - so the 6 weeks we spend building beautiful photo books is wasted - we can’t order more copies in the future for other family members. Don’t trust Rosemood with your data.
Update: I received no warning on my data deletion, no opportunity to order final copies and no email with a discount code.
Why would anyone trust rosemood with their data?

As indicated in our newsletter and on our website, no drafts created before our migration to our new platform are now accessible or retrievable, I'm sorry.
You will have to recreate them entirely and order them on our new website.
We are fully aware of the inconvenience caused by this migration.
That's why several emails have been sent to our customers since the summer to inform you of these changes, with a promotional code to compensate for this inconvenience.
If you haven't received our emails, I invite you to contact our customer service so that we can discuss the matter and offer you compensation.

I was an extremely happy customer for several years since I discovered a service which has become low-end.
poor quality of the paper - printing advice service which has become payable in addition to the order, poor quality of the paper, bad photo rendering and let's avoid talking about the printing of the text - it's drooling.

Awful company
Awful company. I ordered 3 photo books from the UK website and while 2 arrived great, 1 was faulty (they had printed a repeat of 3 books in one, along with the printing reference page) I’ve emailed multiple times to get this rectified but no one has even acknowledged my email. For the cost of the book I was expecting a more premium service, taking into consideration the faulty book i can’t gift, I’ve basically spent £50 per book, and could’ve got a better service and better quality book elsewhere

I ordered a fabric cover photo book for a recent trip. The finished product is beautiful, the photos are reasonably high quality (it's not Taschen level but more than enough for our holiday photos). Above all it's a wonderful reminder of our journey that we'll cherish for years to come.
