Bezahlen für nicht gelieferte Ware!!

Hello, I made two orders at the end of April 2020. I had an order in the mailbox. I sent the goods back after a few days. After a few weeks, Klarna wanted to pay for the goods I did not receive. I pointed out Talked to Klarna on the phone. They told me to contact the dealer, and Klarna is currently extending the payment period until the matter is resolved. Then I wrote to the dealer and said that I only had one order in the mailbox. They wrote back You have a proof of delivery from parcel service (GLS) with my signature for two parcels and I have to pay. I asked the dealer to send me proof of delivery with my signature. After a few days the proof of delivery came, but the signature is not mine I then took a photo of my signature from my passport and informed the dealer that the signature on the proof of delivery was not mine is. I also wrote that I will not pay and that is forgery of documents. I also asked dealers to tell Klarna that I did not receive the goods and that the signature is not from me. The dealer does not contact me again I called Klarna on the phone and told the story and the dealer did not answer. Two dunning bills came from Klarna. I called Klarna more often, they insist that I pay. Otherwise they will pass the debt collection on. Should pay something for what Order a lot online from various retailers for years, but never again from both retailers. Although the matter is obvious, the retailer imputes something to me. Just pathetic. Not competent enough. Keep your fingers off this dealer.

Design and quality

Super grateful for the magnificent and fast attention of the customer service. A pleasure to buy online in this brand. And I am in love with her magnificent clothes, design and quality.

I never received my delivery or a…

I never received my delivery or a refund.
I placed an order on line and never received my order. I emailed Rosemunde a few different times. They were apologetic and said they would send out the item. This went back and forth a few times about the same order.
My last email hasn't been responded to.
This order was placed late june. Still waiting!

NOT a luxury experience

--- UPDATE --- So now Rosemunde has reported my review to trustpilot... My point is that based on my experience with the sweater I bought and briefly wore, the sweater was looking ugly and washed out after just 2 months. The quality of the brand is unacceptable and definitely NOT worth exorbitant DKK 1000 that I paid for it-- I would NEVER buy anything from the Rosemunde brand again nor would I recommend anyone to buy this brand.-----

I have been in email contact with Rosemunde for over two weeks sending them images of a cashmere sweater I bought in December. They were unable to take ownership of the poor quality despite the images Ive sent them. They would not take the sweater back or even offered to look at it. I was especially surprised because when I went to the store where I bought it they immediately took the sweater back and offered me the option: a reimbursement or a new sweater. Based on the service from their customer service I will not be buying any Rosemunde products or recommend this brand to anyone else. It was definitely not luxury quality let alone a good customer service experience. :(

We have tried to contact you through Trustpilot to get proof of the content of your buy; like an invoice etc. but you did not reply within the 5 days.

Just to make one thing clear: Rosemunde products have an industry high loyalty from our customers. Our silk tops and cardigans are our most popular styles sold worldwide and most of our customers comes back to buy it again in new colours and variants.

We cannot rule out that there has been an error on one of our products, but since we cannot see that you purchased it from us, we cannot confirm this.

Regarding your claim; any customer always has to contact the shop/store from where the customer has bought the item(s) regarding claims to verify the order confirmation and product. Since you actually told us you did this afterwards and received a new product or a refund right away we don’t really understand why you give our Webshop a bad review but we understand that this is your personal opinion in your review are based on our brand and not our Webshop.

We would like to point out that you have not proofed your buy on the official Rosemunde Webshop. If so we would always like to help our customers.

We strive to bring do good customer service as well as we know the importance of loyal customers.
