Trash webstore, totally scammers should be shut down

Same experience as other reviewers!
I wish I’d seen this before I purchased.
Lost $108. Bank can’t help or reverse payment because I waited as they suggested.
I reiterate DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE

I got scammed exactly like everyone else. Made the order, received a confirmation, but no tracking details. Followed it up and got offered a refund if I didn't want to wait the 8-12 business days. Chose to wait, but still nothing. No response to my second email and the phone no. has an answerphone stating they are only responding to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I've also been scammed by these people. Purchased online. Followed up ETA via email and received a reply that it would take another 8-10 days or take refund option
I waited another few weeks because all other sellers were out of stock. Followed up again for a refund after this timeframe, and naturally no reply.
Looked for reviews online only to find all reviews were left by others who had been scammed as well.
Blew up photo on website and called the business. The poor owner who had his business identity stolen was clearly cagey and confirmed they were only a small local business with no online presence.
"Eway" is the payment facilitator, and their website indicates recourse should be with credit card provider and not with them. This is totally irresponsible

I wish I had looked up reviews before purchasing. I was looking for this specialty candy I can never find in stores and bought some from rosenglobal.shop. A month later I've been contacted once about delivery window and still haven't received anything, several more inquiries from me that got no response and I started asking for a refund. They ignored me for another week and then finally responded and said my order had been cancelled due to an inventory error... But no one ever reached out to tell me that??? Or sent me my money back??? I have had this happen once with a real company that similarly didnt have my items after purchase but didnt tell me until I hounded them with emails to follow up. Look out for yourself out there!

If you bought something from Rosen, request a refund asap!! Report the transaction/company to your bank if they don't immediately initiate the refund. I sent feedback to Google to take it out of search results but their reporting process is arduous and unlikely to do anything.

Placed an order on the 03/06/2024. Have chased it up multiple times only to be told 8-12 days, which is crap ! Have requested a refund from "tyler".

Total Scam Company.

Ordered from this idiotic SCAM website on 20th June 2024.I never received my order ,neither was I refunded.God will punish the owners of this scam site.

It's a SCAM!!!! After several emails, I waited 3 months to receive the item, ordered in March, but never arrived. No tracking number to follow the article. Don't purchase anything from this web.
I hope my bank returns the money.

PUTRID PEOPLE WITH NOTHING BETTER TO DO WITH THEIR LIVES THAN TO SCAM PEOPLE. I KNOW KARMA WILL FIND THEM QUICKLY AND THEY DESERVE EVERY BIT OF BAD KARMA. PEOPLE LIKE THIS DON'T DESERVE TO BREATHE.

Selling stuff they do not have in stock. Then holding on to your money for weeks. Just a crap website of online sellers who have nothing

Same bad experience in January 2024. But I got my money back from my credit card (AMEX) by chargeback, fortunately.

Ordered items and didn't receive them. When I contacted them they told me it wasn't in stock. I asked for a refund which they told me they had but they did not. Still waiting

I ordered product, waited 2 weeks and still no notification of shipping. I sent email asking when it will be shipped, they said it will be shipped within 2 weeks, so I waited another 2 weeks and still nothing, and so I enquired again, didn't receive product or refund.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SOPHISTICATED SCAM. IT IS BASED IN CHINA, NOT WA, AUSTRALIA. PRETENDING TO BE ROSEN'S PHARMACY AT 234 Hay St, Perth WA 6004. IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE, CALL YOUR BANK AND CANCEL YOUR CARD ASAP, THEN DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION IMMEDIATELY.

This is a SCAM. I just called the actual pharmacy and they confirmed it. A week after placing the order it was still “awaiting fulfillment”. Suspicious. Advised the credit card company.

I ordered my product online. Never showed up. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank to get the charge reversed. Don't order from here.

Took money, never received item

4 months now, took my $$$, replied to 2 emails and then zilch, absolutely gutted this could happen, will never purchase online again. They’ve ruined business for many other honest people.

Absolute scam. Paid and never received my goods. I have reported them to ACCC Scam Watch
