Ordered and never received an email with a confirmation number. When I received an email that my product had shipped I never received a tracking number. I still haven’t received my products nor does the company answer my emails.

The products are great but I will not order from their direct website again. So strange their purchase and shipping emails lack so much important information. Disappointed to say the least.

Update: I eventually received my items a few weeks later than the expected date. I still would order their products but only from a third party such as Douglas as they at a least send you confirmation emails and tracking numbers.

The order went fine the product however, shampoo and conditioner aren’t really what i expected. Takes a lot of shampoo to wash my hair properly and even more conditioner to comb my hair but still my hair feels even more rough and fragile to comb after using these products which could increase damage. So unfortunately it’s not all I wished for. Hopefully it works better for others but I won’t be ordering it again.

Great product, have been using it for years and love it. They recently changed the packaging, which is not suitable for travel anymore as the lid breaks easily.

I especially love the eyecream (I can’t be without) and serum. They are the most velvety products, which give my skin a smooth glow.

Heb 2 X gemaild met foto’s dat een flesje kapot is geleverd. Tot op heden nog steeds geen reactie ontvangen.

The customer care service sucks! I feel as customer very disappointed and angry. No service at all, no responding on emails I’ve sent. No help!
I ordered for the 1st time for almost €200,-.
My products from GLS DE 12331895249 ordernummer 46607 is not ARRIVED!! Since 8 sept i’m mailing them on 13 sept i hear nothing from Rosental. They sent files to me that I’ve filled in and still no responding. I life in the Nl and I’ve asked them if there’s a Dutch service, no responding!
I want my products or my money back! This is really bad service! Today is 29 sept, 2 months, outstanding!
The products are really good, but I don’t know I order again since I know that the customer care service sucks!

Being my first contact with Rosental Organics, I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised about the user-friendly ordering process, prompt delivery as well as the informative newsletters. I've only just started using the products but am looking forward to positive results.

The best skincare ever! I switched to organic and holistic skincare a long ago, but Rosental is the best of the best - powerful but gentle, and I specifically like the sets that are ready for a complete skincare routine. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I placed an order with Rosental, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely frustrating. DHL damaged the package during transit and repacked it. As a result, less than half of the products I ordered, worth over 200 euros, arrived, even though I had already paid for everything upfront.

When I reached out to Rosental, I was asked to fill out a PDF form with information the company already had, which felt unnecessary and inefficient. Since completing the form, I have not received any response for over two weeks. There has been no update or indication that the issue is being addressed.

The lack of communication and resolution is deeply disappointing. The customer service has been completely unhelpful, and this level of support is unacceptable for such a situation.

Edit: after I postetd this all the products got sent immediately; I was informed via Email. So I updated my evaluation. It is now 3 stars since I still think it should not be necessary to have to take this kind of action

Update: The issue has been resolved, and I have been given a full refund. Thank you to this company’s dedication in resolution .

Horrible customer service. I needed to return a product that I would not be able to use and they are not very professional in follow up for resolution This is concerning Order #**48 US.

It has been two weeks and still no resolution to a return that they approved. They provided a return label, but the return is undeliverable. I have reached out to this company several times to advise me and issue refund, to no avail.

Love their products! Especially because they’re organic and It works so well. Really nice to Have a great skin treatment Every day. The product Do what they are supposed to do. Great texture and an all day And All night long well Treated skin.
Are using their products for over a year now! And will still be using them for years.

So so happy with the products. They changed my complexion within only a few weeks and my skin feels more lustrous, radiant and rejuvenated.

Fast delivery. Great product.

I’ve bought a skin perfecting set from Rosental on their website in December 2023. I’ve returned the order, but still no money back. It’s April 2024 now. I would not recommend to buy anything from this company.
