After trying Duolingo for my son's Spanish lessons, I felt he needed something more accurate (soo many bugs on that app!) but with less pressure. He is really enjoying Rosetta Stone, especially having... See more

The audio doesn’t always work well; it picks up part of what I say snd sometimes nothing at all. I know, from having taken French previously, that I have good pronunciation. I wish there would be... See more

We are still in the first week of Rosetta Stone but so far so good. We paid for the three month package to help our high school son. Most collages require two years of a second language. Learning a se... See more
So far so good. We did have a little hiccup when trying to have two different students on the same computer. It would be nice if there was the option to have it under only one email address instead... See more
I like the program so far
I like the program so far. The only thing I’m not sure if I like yet is the picture depiction and the foreign language but no visible way to see what the picture is in English.
The other thing I’m struggling with are the writing parts of the curriculum. I find myself stuck trying to guess weather I’m supposed to capitalize a word or add a period somewhere to get the correct answer.
I’m an average Person jumping into learning a language for the first time so it could just be me :-)
Aside from those two things it’s been fun so far and I am learning a language!
Great customer service and product
an okay app
So far this website has been great the voice recognition is a little iffy sometimes but that's about it.
Great for one child
Its's great App. I have three children however, and would love it if we had the ability to save different profiles rather than feeling like I need to buy three versions, which we obviously can't afford.
Good portal but weak activity plans
The portal is user friendly however when you select a ‘Scheduled plan’, a student can jump weeks ahead without having finished the current week; this doesn’t make sense if the aim was to have an organized ‘flow’ in the lessons.
Amazing
My son enjoys learning French with this app. He’s only 7 and he’s absorbing the lessons fairly quickly. I love that it lets him know when he pronounces a word incorrectly and gives him chances to fix his mistakes.
Good product, a bit uneven
I thought the core lesson 1 was good but then level 2 jumped too fast in complexity avf was HARD. Slow down the progression and add level 1.5.
This is a great curriculum
This is a great curriculum! I have a much better understanding of Spanish words. It does go a bit fast and you have to figure out sometimes what a word is because they don’t tell you it. But this is a really great Spanish to take! And it helps you think more and know the words better!
Quite possibly the worst way possible…
Quite possibly the worst way possible to learn a language. Only single user accounts... which is bad if you have multiple accounts in your homeschool. Problems could be averted if there was a companion textbook that went along with the lessons. You're mostly thrown into the program and find yourself going through the motions, not having a clue what you're saying.
We like the way the program works
We like the way the program works. My daughter started a week ago and has already learned some Italian.
Love this program
Love this program. It is so much better than traditional book and pencil.
I love the immersion aspect
I love the immersion aspect, the fact that it isn't sitting and studying, but more thrown to the lions type deal. Seems to work good, but it does have trouble hearing my kids when they do it.
This is great for those who have had…
This is great for those who have had classes in years past. For my 8 year old, it’s like jumping in feet first in a pool without Any lessons on how to swim. She’s slowly catching on with my help.
Awesome Course!
Awesome Course!

Our daughter did 2hrs the first day!

Vamos!
waste of money
Some time ago I purchased a homeschool version of Rosetta spanish. I was able to teach all my children using the older version. The new version I just purchased was to be homeschool version for the grandchildren. The problem is that roessta did not explain it was for one person only. I asked for refund and was not given one. This was a huge waste of money.
We love Rosetta Stone Homeschool
We love Rosetta Stone Homeschool! Both of my sons are learning a language and I’m learning too! The program is fun and easy to use.
Would like to see some more extra work
Would like to see some more extra work, like maybe some work sheet type exercise. To show some of the learning.
