Great communication, was able to arrange a call swiftly after delivery of the report to enable us to have the full context of the survey. Would highly recommend, and definitely recommend having a call after the report is finished as this gave us vital insight into the survey findings.

Fantastic company and very professional throughout. They communicated well with us from start to finish, arranged the survey quickly with our sellers and produced an incredibly detailed report that suited our needs and put our minds at ease. They took hundreds of photos of all aspects of the property and really allowed us to ensure everything was covered. They answered all our questions quickly and couldn't have done more to ensure we had what we needed to pursue our purchase.

Rosewood conducted a thorough survey within about 2 weeks of booking. They answered queries that we had and allowed us time for a follow up with the surveyor. We were very happy with there service.

The competitive price, good communication and quality of the report make me happy to recommend Rosewood. I have held off writing this review until two months after taking possession of the property. In that time we have had some nasty surprises - replacing the fuse box, replace a very old gas boiler that shouldn't have been signed off by the previous inspection, and a leak in the bathroom. I've confirmed that the survey did identify the fuse box, and explicitly said the functioning of the gas appliances were out of scope. All this is to say that the survey did exactly what it should, but don't rely on it alone to ensure everything's OK.

AMAZING!!! From start to finish the level of service was great. We had a level 3 home survey completed on our property and had the most detailed and thorough report that myself and friends have seen at a very reasonable price. If I were to buy a house again I wouldn't think twice about using rosewood again.

Rosewood provided an excellent and fast service in sorting a survey for the house we are buying. The staff member we spoke to on the phone, (Amy) was extremely helpful in providing what we require and I can highly recommend.

Easy to book, perfect communication, survey was thorough with the full report coming back within a couple of days which was easy to digest with everything explained. Luckily our Level 2 Homebuyers survey was simple, but they made sure we knew that they were at the end of the phone if we needed any questions answering

Fabulous service, speedy process and brilliant communication throughout.
Genuinely cannot find anything to fault. I emailed them asking for a quote, they were the most competitive price on the market out of about 5 I looked at which was even better.
After the quote they followed up with a phone call, I confirmed I was happy to proceed and they carried out the survey within 2 weeks. After carrying the survey out they emailed me the report which was very in depth and thorough within literally 2/3 days. Very impressed!!

The team was professional and polite when receiving the Level 3 Survey it was completed within 48 hours and received the full feedback which was over 90 pages. Would definitely recommend using these surveyors.

Would defo recommend Rosewood, they were so helpful and accomodated me for when i needed them. Very professional and knowledgable surveyor too. After the survey we had a quick catch up to go over the report to explain things to me that were called out in the report. Book these guys, guys!!! :)
