James and Jade from Rosewood were very helpful, I was speaking to Jade via email and she arranged a call with James to discuss the contents of the survey as well. The phone call came with explanations of the details of some items and lots of advice on the next steps I should take moving forwards with my purchase.

The booking process was quick, easy, and straightforward. I didn’t have to wait long for the appointment, and the turnaround was fast. The survey report was very detailed and thorough, with photos included, which really helped identify and understand what was being discussed in certain sections. I was also able to book a follow-up call to go through the key points, which made things much clearer and gave me more confidence moving forward.

Rosewood made everything so easy from obtaining a quote to carry out our survey they were so quick polite professional and very helpful to talk to about some of the things they found out on the survey and questions we asked nothing was to much trouble (I would highly recommend them and use them again )
