Yet another frustrated customer

As others have said - they’re not responding to customers who paid a lot of money for faulty products and now we can’t get hold of them. Totally irresponsible and not a legitimate business!

Ordered in Dec 2020

Ordered in Dec 2020 - never received item. Various emails confirming it was delayed and then I would receive a refund - 5 months later nothing! Emails have stopped being responded to and website has now closed. Waste of £30. It was my teenage son’s money as well. Highly recommend never to use them.

If I could give 0 stars I would shocking service ....

Never received my good waited over a month and a half .

Web site says if you don't receive your good within 30 days you can get a full refund no questions asked WHAT A LOAD OF BOLLO X


only way to contact them is by email .. in which they don't respond

Thank god the websites been shut down so the cant scam anyone else ..

Hope the business owners catch covid and die a slow painful death no fks given here just like them

when i got a package

when i got a package, i opened it and the necklace was broken, the box itself was damaged, they should put more attention on packaging and delivering a product..

Poor delivery service

Poor delivery service, if you want to get your gift sometime this year I suggest you order it last year. Been round the houses trying to get a refund etc, won’t have it, haven’t received a response, shocking all around. Don’t waste hard earned money.

Rubbish Goods

My son ordered the I love you in 100 languages necklace for his girlfriend and it's arrived with nothing in the middle of the necklace, they have no telephone number on their web site so you can't talk to anyone, it's a Christmas gift so have a very disappointed son with no gift for his girlfriend.

got the necklace a few days ago, my mrs loves it, her and i know french as well so its def cute when we see it through the projection and we both say i love you in french hahahahahah, but yea love it, would recommend to others.

SCAM

My partner ordered the ' I love you rose box ' as they seen it was sponsored on Instagram . But we have not even received the product and it has been around 2 months. I am all about supporting small businesses, however it is a shame that there are some that like to ruin it and scam. All emails are being ignored too, so don't bother.
