I am not happy with the product
I am not happy with the product, because you do not receive what you ordered.
The picture of the offer is not what is delivered.
For example the offer shows a remote Control, which is not included. Additionally the offer shows a lightened up product where you can't see the chain of the LED, but in fact you can not fix the lights at the product. Very disappointing.

Very long delivery time.
The whole process has taken too long. Nearly one month for a computer based product.
The product itself looks really cool. But the delivery process was horrible long.

Shipping took too long, nevertheless no reimbursement for the additional costs
I paid for priority shipping, which was 2-5 days according to the website. Nevertheless, the figure arrived only after three weeks. When I contacted Rosezo, I was first told, that I could cancel the order and receive 70% of the prize back. When I chose this option, suddenly canceling wasn't possible anymore. They also refused to reimburse me for the priority shipping, as they "already transfered the money to the shipping company".

they don´t respect at all the time that they propose, i ordered a personalized item for a wedding gift, it took 1 month to arrive (it was supposed to take 5 to 7 days to produce + 2 to 5 days to ship) even if i paid to have the fast delivery for 21€... the item was not what i ordered (i asked for some figurines in 3D and i had a flat picture) and it arrived broken in 4 pieces!! never ever i would recommend this website, that´s a shame to have this still online... i hope my feedback will help people to not get scammed in the future. ps : the customer service is also bad and has only standard answers....

Unacceptable deliverytime! Express order, but it takes about 6 weeks to deliver. The statue is not looking like the picture. Very expensive for such a bad quality! Never again!

Awful scam
Awful! Instead of getting a 3d Figurine I've got a picture printed on some wood,could have done that myself for way less money.
Also it took nearly 3 months to arrive instead of the 10-15 days they promised

Ich habe ein Produkt bestellt, das auf den Fotos ganz anders aussah – hochwertig und dreidimensional dargestellt. Geliefert wurde aber etwas völlig anderes und billiges, das mit den Bildern und der Beschreibung absolut nichts zu tun hat. Der Verkäufer versucht sich mit Ausreden herauszureden („2D-Druckverfahren“ usw.), obwohl die Darstellung im Shop eindeutig irreführend ist.
Ich habe den Fall bereits PayPal gemeldet und kann nur dringend abraten, hier zu bestellen!

I ordered a product that looked completely different in the photos – high quality and shown as a 3D item. What I received was something entirely different and cheap, with no resemblance to the pictures or description. The seller is trying to excuse it by saying it’s a “2D printing version,” which is completely misleading.
I’ve already reported the case to PayPal and strongly advise against buying from this seller!

Fraud! ATTENTION!
A product was delivered that I didn't even order. They offered a 3D figure, which I did order. What I received was a poorly printed 2D figure on acrylic. It was also poorly packaged and arrived broken. The seller isn't issuing a credit and claims everything is correct.
I contacted the sender with 10 Mails and sent them pictures of what I ordered and what was sent to me, including the defect, but a refund or return is still not possible. The maximum offer was 50%, which is perfectly acceptable for an incorrect product that is also defective.
This is fraud!

I become the wrong item with another…
I become the wrong item with another person on the picture and after the asking the tell me they will make a new on with the right photo and must pay 15$ for sending again.
At the first order I pay 21 $ for express in 5 Days and I become the wrong one after 3 weeks…..

I ordered the package as express…
I ordered the package as express delivery and paid extra, but we still had to wait over a month for it to arrive. Also, the image shown on the website was not the same as the original. A 3D image was shown, but in the end it was a print on a plexiglass plate.
