I eventually got a refund. This company looks like it works out of Stevenage. There is a phone number+447463869251 I reported them to the police and my credit card company.

You can tell this brand takes quality seriously. The stitching, fit, and overall feel are excellent. The item matches the website photos perfectly and arrived on time. Would highly recommend!

Overall the design and material are nice, but I’d recommend sizing up if you’re unsure. Mine was slightly tighter than expected. Still wearable and looks good, just something to keep in mind.
