Terrible, i ordrered twice and had no email confirm and no delivery of products.

Again, if I could leave zero I would. Bracelet took forever to come, not the best quality when it finally did arrive. Messaged them several times about a return, nothing back, avoid.

I placed an order on the 7th August, their website clearly states 1-2 working days delivery within the UK and 5-7 days worldwide yet it’s been almost two whole weeks and yet nothing, I’ve emailed them numerous times yet no reply.
Their live chat still states my ‘order is awaiting fulfilment’

Zero response or updated tracking information from this company, highly unprofessional and very unsatisfactory.

I placed an order because the site clearly stated delivery would be 1–2 days from purchase. It’s now been over a week and I still haven’t even been given a shipment date. They claim you can use Shop to track your order, but there’s no tracking info there at all. When you go to their own website, the tracking system is vague and unhelpful.

I emailed them to get an update — no reply. Strangely, they can send me endless automated marketing emails, but not a single response about my missing order.

This feels completely unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. In my opinion, this has all the hallmarks of a scam.

If I could have scored them less than 1, I would have.
On July 11th, I ordered a clover leaf necklace and bracelet for my niece’s birthday.
Necklace took three weeks to arrive by which time I had bought a replacement necklace from Amazon, next day delivery.
The bracelet has yet to arrive; order details no longer showing on ‘shop’, their order tracker.
Have sent at least 3 messages, none acknowledged. I now wonder when, if ever, the item will appear.
I would urge anyone thinking of buying from Roshwe to think very hard about the credibility of this company.
I suppose my payment of £22.69 is now part of their profits so why should they care!

Ive literally tried contacting this company several times regarding my order as its been nearly 3 weeks and no sign of it and I haven’t gotten a reply whatsoever, I’m guessing that the „good reviews” are fake because the ones that state that the item never arrived and that the customer service is terrible are 100% correct, it’s disgusting to scam people like this especially if you have a whole website, you would make much more money actually shipping out the items and having good reviews. Don’t order !!!!!!

Have sent out the incorrect item, I have emailed them multiple times (5) saying I wish to return and exchange for the correct item. Completely ignored

Once again another 5 star experience.The three strand pearl necklace was beautiful.It was a very competitively priced.Well packaged and arrived on time.Couldn’t be better.

I ordered a necklace that was too small, I checked the return policy before ordering but have sent 6 emails with no reply. This is obviously a scam set up - wished I’d checked them out before ordering

Ordered a necklace which took ages to be delivered - For it to be delivered broken. I have sent 9 emails and logged this on their website chat - not one of my emails was answered. I have not come across this before and I am shocked. No idea what the set up is but will never order from them again

I ordered a bracelet, which looks cheaply made so I emailed them 3 times politely asking for a return. No answer at all. Gonna report it as fraud which obviously is.
Edit: took it as a fraud with my bank and got my funds back.

Am regretting buying before checking reviews. My order has not even arrived. Bad customer service.

Still awaiting your reply, returns, refund after several attempts of request to return emails starting 17/5 within return period. Requesting a return and refund. You had advised earrings were hypoallergenic. They weren't hypoallergenic for me I advised I will keep the earrings as I tried them on but want to return the remainder of the £89 purchases not tried on. Also style is far too elongated. Please respond or will go through the relevant ombudsman.

No replies to any emails and don’t be fooled by their ‘refund policy’ as it doesn’t exist. Says they offer refunds but don’t ever reply to any emails but are clearly checking emails as order was sent promptly. If you don’t want to offer refunds then don’t advertise that you offer them.

After several emails this company gave the refund as requested. It's a new company so the communication is slow but the fact they kept me in the loop was goos
