I contacted Rosie to book a viewing for a property and received a very prompt reply with various times that would suit me. Paige greeted me on arrival and was fantastic showing me around the property whilst answering any questions I had. I was made to feel so comfortable and nothing was too silly to ask - particularly as a first-time buyer! My property was listed with another Dundee agent who will remain unnamed respectfully. The property was listed for 4 months, had 2 enquiries, 2 viewings and 0 offers. I came across Rosie Fraser on LinkedIn in and swiched. Although the market slowed down towards the end of the year, Rosie and the team were very proactive and soon enough there were several viewings booked, one of which put an offer in the same day and was accepted.

Being straight to the point and from a sales background myself, we all know estate agents get paid from percentage of the sale price. If the property sold with the previous agent, I would have grudged the fees, as it would only have sold because someone wanted to buy it, not because they sold it.

However with Rosie and the teams constant proactive approach, constant research to ensure the property was best placed and constant updates via their what's app group, they deserve every penny of fees charged. In fact I would agree they should be charging more for the service they provide. There is not one thing I could fault.

Although this property was my own, I am looking to invest in property in the Dundee area later this year, and will 100% be using Rosie Fraser for sourcing and listing.

From the get go I needed a flat listed and sold fairly quickly after the xmas break. All of the staff there completely handled everything from viewings, paperwork and liaising with solicitors. Rosie Fraser have been dealing with the sale of my house and my mums house and the purchasing is another. The process has been very smooth the staff are lovely so easy to deal with nothing is an issue and every time I have asked a question I have not had to wait for a reply they are very prompt. Fresh, crisp, innovative were the things we thought about Rosie and her team throughout the 6 weeks our house was on the market. The communication from her after each step of the process as well as after every viewing were clear, concise and comprehensive, and she didn’t leave room for cause for concern or uncertainty. Selling a house can be very stressful and we felt that Rosie Fraser took a lot of that stress off us by making the entire process crystal clear. She delivered what she said she was going to deliver and it was clear that she was constantly going that extra mile for us. As her clients, we felt supported throughout the process, especially during the middle weeks where there was very little interest on our property. I find it inconceivable that Rosie Fraser real estate has so many 5 star reviews, in my experience this week it has been nothing short of abysmal, from the agent emma being late for the viewing, to asking them to find out information about the property and not getting back to us. We asked about planning permission for an extension and the agent said yes it was there when in fact it was not, she also informed of the wrong closing date for the property. I really am extremely disappointed in the service received. Zero stars
