Don’t waste your money! I recently purchased an item which has arrived but it very poor quality from China. Although the website says you can return within 14 days they then told me I’d have to pay for international shipping fees which are more than the items worth! I contacted customer service twice and they still haven’t resolved my concerns. I have requested a refund and they have not responded. Very disappointing customer service and I won’t be using them again.

I’m not usually one to be duped into such websites, but like many on here fell for the fancy website and the claim to have a shop in London (they don’t). Goods are cheap, poor quality and poorly made. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

PLEASE READ stay well clear masking as a London based seller but all comes from China the cheapest tacky crap you will ever buy. Then they expect you to pay £20 to send it back. It is all COUNTERFEIT GOODS the site needs shut down

Counterfeit goods sent from china. I asked for a refund due to the quality of goods and then checked trust pilot to see the reviews. Having started a dispute to get my money bank from my bank and i sent this email to the fake company; I have contacted my bank and in the process of arranging a dispute against your company to get my money back.
The items sent were counterfeit, and I will not be paying the £25 return fee to China when your website falsely advertises you are London based.
I do expect a full refund from you and I will cancel the dispute with my bank, until then the dispute will stay open.

They have since replied and to say they have refunded my order in full.

Dont give up with fake companies like this! Make sure to dispute with your bank.

White Fox’ tracksuit. I should have known when something is so discounted it’s going to be fake. They have gone all out on the website to mask the cheap clothes It came from China, clearly fake - logo awful and cheap material. now can’t find an address to return the item.

Go direct to WhiteFox and save yourself the hassle of waiting for this tat. When they say 'if its too good to be true, it probably is' they hit the nail on the head with this!

Avoid at all costs

Fake goods. Won’t accept returns. Will take your money. Don’t forget to dispute via your debit or credit card company. They will give you your money back as long as you can show screenshot of webpage with goods and actual goods being different.

Awful company !! Do not buy , just received the white fox tracksuit I bought for my daughter for Xmas paid £43.90 it’s cheap material and the logo isn’t straight , you wouldn’t pay £10 for this at a market … ripping people off
