I did not get my parcel. Maid my payment August to date nothing. I think this people are not legitimate

The product was really shoddy. Came with absolutely no packaging and looked like something out of a charity shop. Labels were suck on with very very heavy glue and took about an hour to pick off. It's meant to be a rapid dry hair turban, but I doubt that it works. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my daughter but not sure now if it's good enough to give. I wish I had read the reviews before I made this purchase. Will not be using this company again.

IF I COULD GIVE -1000% I WOULD DO IT, I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A SELLER, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT, IT IS MORE THAN 4 MONTHS SINCE I PURCHASED FROM THEM. THEN I FOUND IF I BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS OR OTHER PAYING 20% OF THE VALUE I PAID TO THIS BAD, REALLY BAD SUPPLIER

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM. Look at all the reviews below and my experience was the same.
Pay them for anything and you are simply giving them your money because whatever you get, if anything, it will NOT be what you paid for.

Oncw u, placed ur order,weeks after the fact they contact u to contact the courier yourself. The courier they assigned your goods to do NOT EXIST!## they are well aware of it,even the tracking number they provide is phony.

I ordered a product 3 months ago and to date have not received it. When I contacted support and complained they sent me 1 email reply to say that I must contact the tracking company, which lead me to a complete dead-end. Now they just ignore my emails. Not only am I frustrated as hell but out of pocket. Only wish I had read these reviews before. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered a pair of breast massage pads. I received 1 and when I contacted the company I was told it was only supposed to be one. I had asked 3 times prior to ordering if it was definitely a pair and was assured it was.
Their customer service is atrocious. Non responsive most of the time.
I will never order from these con artists again

Bought organic skin purifying oil costing $19 with postage - received cheap plain rose and jojoba oil from China probably worth $1 , not what was described in their listing! They cleverly describe the item with different ingredients including menthol but on close inspection of photo it’s rose oil. No scent of menthol in the oil I received. Trying to get a refund through PayPal but not looking Hopeful ! Definitely a dodgy site, Advise you avoid at all costs! Scammers!

After seeing many adverts advertising nail repair gel how it mends split/broken nails. Received base gel/Soak off gel. So not sure if it was a base gel or a gel to take nail polish off, however I put on nails, it did not dry in 5 mins 30 mins later still tacky, it also gave me allergic reaction made fingers itch. Asked for refund - no response. DO NOT USE THIS CO.

I wish I had read this before I ordered from them. I ordered the organic skin purify oil and received rose oil. I sent photos to prove this but they still said they sent the correct items. I have been emailing them since July but they are ignoring me now!! 🤬🤬Has anyone taken it further?? They shouldn't be able to get away with this!

I have ordered Organic Skin Spot Purifying Serum, it never arrived tracking number said destination country but nothing came through, they don't respond to emails very bad.

This website is a BIG SCAM. I ordered a steam straightener, which never arrived. Then I ordered a cervical massager which came damaged. Upon asking for reimbursement, they wanted to see the packaging. The money never arrived. I wish I had read the reviews previously and never ordered from them. FRAUDS..

SCAM. PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED. BS EMAIL FROM SUPPORT SAID IT HAD ARRIVED IN THE COUNTRY, TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK.

This company is actually littleplayland . com ... very shady. Misleading customers to think they're getting something else. I wouldn't have known it was them until I was charged bc they are using a different name now and it only comes up on paypal after you spend. I bought a product which was called a "set" but you only get one and this is obviously one of a million scams they are turning out if you go and read the littleplayland reviews.
