Competent and Efficient
The guy who came out to help set up my office was Daniel. It was of course very nice that he was keen to help get all of my stuff working the way I'd like it, great attitude etc, but most valuable was the fact he was very competent at what he was doing. Every time there was a difficulty, he knew a path and got around it without too much trouble.
