I tried to order online however the system indicated that the product I wanted was immediately available. I then rang through and spoke with Josh Landman who assisted in updating the website so that I could place my order. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. My previous dealings were with Candace Tseng (January 2023) after I had issues ordering online and she was also very helpful and friendly.
