Caveat Emptor
I ordered an Epson scanner in February because Rosman were showing that they had low stock in Melbourne and were the only place with any stock that I could find in Aus.
My order was confirmed and I then received a second email saying "as you have noticed, we have no stock" and my order went into pre-order. I did think that the low stock to no stock status within 5 minutes of placing my order was a bit strange but, what the hell; it wasn't as though anywhere else had stock anyway. So I waited.
And I waited.
And I waited.
And I waited.
5 months later: no communication and no update but, wait...what's this? They are showing stock in Melbourne again...but my order is still showing as pre-order. So I contacted Rosman via the contact form on their website. After 3 days, I had received no reply so I contacted them again through the direct email link and explained that, as I had waited patiently for 5 months, could I please have my scanner from the Melbourne stock or could they give me a refund.
Rhoan (who spelled his own name wrong in the email) responded apologising and telling me he'd get the order pushed through. He did nothing of the sort.
I sat there and watched as stock became low stock and, finally, no stock and still my order was showing as pre-order.
I contacted Paypal. I sent two further emails to Rosman via the Paypal dispute system - no response, no scanner and no refund. The issue is now escalated and, once resolved, I'll be contacting the ACCC to investigate Rosman as, reading through some of these reviews, mine is not an isolated issue.
In conclusion I'd advise that, if you're thinking of giving Rosman your business, make sure you are in one of their stores and have the item in your hands before parting with any money.

Comms and updates not the best otherwise great
There were delays in getting the order through no fault of the company. My issue was more in relation to the lack of communication about the delay. When it did arrive it was a pleasant surprise but unexpected as not informed. Would be good to have more clear comms.

I didn't get the item and have been waiting for a refund for two months

Frustrating - lack of communication
Initially they were very good and helpful at first but when the product arrived and one of the items was faulty it all went down hill from there.
It took over 4 months to get a resolution from them and i was constantly emailing / calling only to get each person saying "we will get back to you" but not getting back to me.
So probably wouldn't recommend as trying to get a refund on faulty product was near impossible
