Mostly good
Pre-workout Gunpowder is great, went for pineapple which is nice and palatable through the workout, good boost of energy!
Post-workout Recover Ace Strength Strawberry is ok, but the tub developed a cheesy pungent odour after a couple of days. Dilutes well and, once I don't breathe before drinking it, tastes fine and goes down well. But the odour is very off-putting.
