Excellent Communication

Impeccable service and standards
With so many firms out there wanting to fight your case for you, it seems a minefield of legal jargon and unsureity especially after suffering a serious change to your life! & I was one of those people who found it hard to trust. HOWEVER I was proven wrong when I came across this firm and from day 1 I was in communication with Daniel who clarified and advised on the procedure and what stages things go to In regards to my claim for compensation following medical negligence after a simple surgery I had went wrong. Daniel always kept me updated and always professional and polite and unlike so many others out there it felt personal! Which put me at ease. Through my entire case I was always updated and advised and all questions and concerns answered even at night !! After wanting to settle the claim Daniel advised he would try and compromise and he did and ended up with me getting even more than I was willing to settle for. All in all during a really bad time in my life it was fantastic knowing my claim was in the hands of a firm that cared and I can't praise them enough for all they have done from start to finish.
